The nincompoop Govt. at the center..Shame and Shock!!!

Finally, the UPA Govt. has had to agree for the JPC [JOINT PARLIAMENTARY SESSION] regarding the film, Scamstar of the scams, produced by Shri A.K. Raja, supported by Shri Karunanidhi and Smt. Sonia Gandhi and viewed and enjoyed thoroughly as a committed spectator by Shri Manmohan Singh!!!
JPC.. Why not???
Why was the govt. in denial status to agree for a JPC, if they had conscious crystal clear, commitment towards the people of India, in tact in relation to providing transparent ruling and their democratic values in its propriety..
And,
Now, Hon. Finance Minister, Shri Pranab Mukharjee, criticizes the opposition as ’group of Maoist mindset’ for a simple reason of insisting incessantly for a Joint Parliamentary Session, to be held for enquiring into 2-G Spectrum Scam.
A democratic set-up is one which has healthy and pro-active opposition, which keeps a Hawk’s eye on the proceedings of the Govt. and thrusts upon the Govt. to act in accordance with the democratic value, keeping the welfare of the society, as the primary duty.
Thus, the demand for a JPC was fairly, legitimate demand. There was no other option than banning the parliamentary sessions, as the Govt. was turning a deaf ear to provide a equitable admission to people of India’s right, of discovering the truth behind the scam, of Rs. 1600 that each Indian is bearing upon his/her shoulder!!! In fact, the demand of JPC, should have been long met up, and that too, willfully..
Sadly, the Sardarji’s team, wished the opposition to be sealing their lips and listening the music of various Congress leaders, who audaciously tried to justify the conduct of the UPA’S coalition partner. The Sibbals and Chidambarams, tried to falsify the amount of scam!!! Mr. Sibbal, if the amount that have been comfortably consumed by your colleagues vary from, 1,76,000 to whatever, the brazenness of this demeanor can not be justified, in any which way!!! I wish you, a learned man had saved your dignity by keeping mum over this issue and [accept the brash act executed.]
It is sad story, when the Hon. Prime Minister and his herd of ministers, wishes to condemn the opposition, in carrying out his responsibility of being vigilant and goes to the extent of comparing them to Maoists. The same minister had addressed Maoists as terrorists, thus the opposition, for the UPA Govt. is bunch of terrorists!!! The same opposition, had supported the Govt. when they were enacting a favorable law of 33% reservation for women and such.
But,
During the last winter session, the Govt. did not budge from their denial mode of letting the Joint Parliamentary Committee be held to unveil the truth to the world.
And,
As usual, the parrot like media, danced to the Congress fed tunes of “Opposition sheer wasting the hard earned pennies of people by opposing the parliament to continue.”!!!
Now,
Who has wasted people’s money???
Even a foolish person can opine!
We, as citizens often comment that the opposition is inactive and not performing its role to its optimum potential.
But,
The truth is..
We are Penny wise Pound foolish!!!
We get attracted to the media harping of money being wasted interminably by the opposition and remain unperturbed when the corrupt ministers siphon away many fold more wealth of the nation.
And,
Today,
When the Railway Budget was being read out by the UPA Railway Minister, Ms. Mamta Banerjee, who presented a favorable budget, for common man, no doubt, but an out and out a politicized budget, in order to grab the Chief Ministership of West Bengal, in forth coming state elections, later this year, went all the way to providing the Naxalite areas like Nandigram, special benefits..
And,
Shri Pranab Mukharjee accuses the opposition as Maoists???
The powerful opposition is the essence of the democracy..
But,
Who cares about the democracy???
[Surely, not the Govt. in Delhi..]
