CBI's lack of transperancy...Shame.

CBI’s “partnership” in running of UPA Govt is not mere contribution and this open truth has become well known to the entire country. More than that, the two buddies UPA and CBI spit their venom on one particular state of this nation, that has extremely successful non-Congress led Govt as well as the state has acquired global recognition for scoring incredible progress.
Yes, I am talking about Gujarat...
Shri Narendra Modi led Gujarat has crossed implausible confines and bloomed in every sphere. Not just in economic escalation but it has crafted humanitarian growth that is inclusive. Every member of society, irrespective of his religion, caste or creed has been rewarded with benefits of growth. Agricultural income as well as GDP has risen substantially.
Still,
Gujarat is given step-brotherly treatment and Post-Godhra riots are viewed in wrong perspective and wearing tainted glasses.
Y?
There have been numerous riot like situations in the country post independence. At many instances , like Anti Sikh riots, there have been cases of genocide. Post Godhra riots was a reaction by angry and hurt people of the state to action, caused by torching of innocent lives in Sabarmati Express by mob of fanatic members of minority.Sadly, the cause which ignited riots has been deliberately forgotten and the Govt. on post is being damned since last decade.
Is any other Govt. in country, which has faced riot in their respective states has been subjected to similar shabby treatment and that too by non-Govt organization?
 No...
Firstly, there have been numerous instances of riots in the country since India attained freedom. Gujarat itself has witnessed number of them previously when state was being ruled by Congress. At none of the instances, state Govt was so harshly blamed and the Hon CM  made party to the rioters. Recently, the case of Assam, is still fresh where more colossal losses have incurred but Mr. Tarun Gogoi, the Hon. CM has not been hold responsible!!! In 1984, post Mrs. Gandhi’s death, the Sikhs were attacked mercilessly. There have been innumerable accounts where riots have hurt common men but at no instances, Hon CM or his ever progressive Govt received such raw deal that has been bestowed upon by CBI to Gujarat Goovt and Shri Narendra Modi.
Are we, the citizens even aware that in early July of 2010, famous Maoist leader Azad was cold bloodedly murdered by Andhra Pradesh police along with his journalist friend, Hemchand Pandey in fake encounter, killing him at few centimeters away???
Did the CBI hold any enquiry whatsoever?
Did the Hon CM and Hon HM of Andhra Pradesh, a Congress led state were jailed???
Did the CBI create any SIT [SPECIAL INVESTIGATING TEAM] to conduct enquiry???
And,
Where are the so called secular activists blabbering about HUMAN RIGHTS? Here, the victims were not even supposedly terrorists, who could be threat to the country, unlike Gujarat where Soharubuddin and Kaisar Bi had terrorist records, but no activists claiming to be shouldering the welfare of downtrodden came forward to raise their voice against the atrocities of the fake encounter of Andhra Pradesh...
This is proof enough of effrontery conduct that is imparted to Gujarat where as other states like Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Delhi having Congress in ruling are getting away with carnage...
Why these different conduct for states within country???
Y????

Bande Main Hai Dum.. Shri Gunvant Shah..

Browsing through innumerable treasure of immortal books at Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan , I came across striking collection of interviews of prominent personalities from various fields, compiled by Shri Kishor Makwana....
Each persona was different from one another...
Reading Shri Gunvant Shah, one of the most respected philosopher writer of current times, who at times has clambered above the usual spiritual apolitical discourses. Politics, if applied and utilized as a mean to serve and aid people of different startas and not necessarily downtrodden only,  can turn out to be instrument that can cultivate equilibrium mindset, conducive to progress not just in economical state but more so, in social and emotional fabric..
Shri Gunvantbhai, in his writings since last decade, has been projecting such an impression, or I should say, I have gathered this and has added in my personal progress.
I take a bow, Gunvantbhai..
Shri Gunvant Shah, has been staunch Gandhian, all his life.It is prevailing common belief, or I should say, the common opinion that has been popularized by so called, seculars or rather ‘suedo’ seculars that minority’s welfare is their prerogative and minority as a rule, is surely being harassed by majority of the citizens. Thus, they have capitalized Mahatma Gandhi as minority savior of past and they, the suedo seculars, or activists being his straight descanders. Anyone taking even a general view of wrongdoer, irrespective of any caste or religion is punishable, no matter wether he belongs to majority or minority, is communalist according to them. Such half cooked knowledable souls pretending to be social activists project this outlook as Gandhian philosophy!!!
In reality, a real Gandhian like Gunvantbhai have vast viewpoint that believes in inclusive growth and not minority appeasement. He has very balanced estimation about Shri Narendra Modi, too. He was never his ardent fan or follower In his interview to Kishorbhai, he has at length, described his abhorrence towards attacks on  innocent Muslims and then his views about Narendra Modi’s conduct and handling of the situation. In the beginning, who was his critic at heart, refrained from writing or commenting anything against or for him as he was firm in searching for what was truthfully true. For six to eight months, after the post-Godhra riots, he ignored mentioning NaMo. Neither wrting anything in his favor nor against him and in meanwhile, searched thoroughly about NaMo’s accomplishments. He came across innumerable so called activists, who made a fashion statement out of blameworthiness of Hindus. The communal riot of Ahmedabad, during post-Godhra, was termed as Progrom, Ethnic Cleansing and Genocide!!! NaMo was tagged as General Diar, Mahishasur,  Hitler, Killer, Murderer, Fascist by these so called savior of minority!!!
But,
NaMo unperturbly continued putting in his best efforts to make progress, not only economically but inclusive social progress where the most marginalized person of the society was included irrespective of his religion, caste or creed.
And,
Shri Gunvantbhai states that he absorbed these commitment by NaMo to form an opinion about him. In addition, three more happenings aided in changing his contemplation.
1.On 29th Dec 2002, Gunvantbhai was participating in seminar and get-to-gether of Skilled Teachers at Vyara where he was to deliver lecture. On the dias, Late Shri Zinabhai Darji, an ardent Gandhian Congressi and Shri Babubhai Shah were seated. After the function, naturallt the subject of discussion was no other than NaMo.. Zinabhai, naturally fervent anti-Modi, commented, “Modi may have other flaws in him but “salo” corrupt nathi!!! he is non-corrupt.” This was a certificate from person who has been his opponent , was most significant..
2.On 2nd March 2003, at a function in Umata, Mehsana, lokarpan vidhi of 58 houses which were demolished during riots belonging to Muslims took place. The ceremony was presided by Ex. police commissioner of Punjab, Shri K.P.S. Gill and Shri Gunvant Shah.Shri Gill was appointed as advisor to Gujarat Govt post riots. While discussing NaMo with him, the response received by Gunvantbhai was,  “Narendra Modi ne kuch bhi jaan buz kar kiya  aisa main nahi manta hu...” These words were of K.P.S.Gill.
3.The day, results of Gujarat Vidhansabha polls in 2002 were announced, Gunvantbhai was giving lecture in South Africa. On the flight back from Jo’berg, to Mumbai, airhostess handed him the TOI of Mumbai edition, where in the center of the cover page, an article by Ahmedabad edition editor, Kinshuk Nag had appeared. Mr. Nag had not left a feather unturned in criticizing NaMo and not left a single opportunity to condemn NaMo, had written, “The personality of Shri Narendra Modi has added lion share in BJP ‘s success and that can not be denied at all. The most loathed enemy of him would also not be able to denie that motivated decision making of his is unparrelal.” This remark that came from most venomous opponent projects such positive values of Shri Narendra Modi’s leadership and dedication towards transparent good governance that has initiated immeasurable growth of state.
Respected Mahashweta Devi, prominent social activist and literate [Megsese award winner]  with Leftist thinking praised the governance of Gujarat [Criticized the then Communist administration of West Bengal] [The Pioneer, New Delhi, 26-8-2007.] Reserve Bank of India had given highest ranking to Gujarat for their economic policy.
Shri Gunvant Shah, staunch believer of Gandhian philosophy, declares that future of Gujarat is dazzling and adds that History will remember Shri Narendra Modi for taking Gujarat to zenith.A

Poor remains deprived in India.. Who is responsible???

Poverty is defined as a social phenomenon in which a section of the society is unable to fulfill even its basic necessisities of life. When the quantum of such deprived section is huge and continues at bare subsistence level, the society can be tagged as plagued with mass poverty.
In Indian society, according to Prof. Suresh Tendulkar, the chairman of Planning Commission, a person would be considered poor, as on 2009-10, if his monthly income is less than Rs. 673 in rural areas and Rs.860 in urban areas, meaning Rs.29 or more in urban areas and Rs. 22 and above in rural areas would not be called poor!!! The Hon. SC has questioned this methodology submitted by Prof. Tendulkar’s committee. The Deputy Chairman of Planning Commission, Shri Montek singh Ahluwalia was queried by the Hon. SC, that how can a person consume 2400 calories in rural area and 2100 calories in urban area with less than Rs. 22 a day in rural and Rs.29 a day in urban areas?
As per this standard, internationally most commonly accepted definition of poverty, is US$ 2 a day. If we convert  the same in rupees, it would amount to Rs. 112 per day!!! Thus, the definition which defies poverty line with an amount, which is nearly one third, appears absolutely absurd.
This indicates redundant projection of poor and deprived class of Indian society and the insensitiveness of the Government of India, towards lower starta of society, where Govt is unable to provide for minimum subsistence cost of living. The Govt of India refuses to recognize poor as deprived class and finds comfortable gate-away from the reality and responsibility..
