Best of five is a waste of time...

For generations stepping the first step, on the threshold of collage was an event that called for celebration..And, that too, getting admission into Science stream, was a dream that was chased by many but fulfilled by few. At the times, when percentage obtained were far and few and getting a graduate degree was considered an achievement.
Now, with changing time, the scenario has changed just a little bit.
The new situation offers plenty of marks but still no admission. With the advent of different boards that offers similar study, the confusion and the competition has reached sky high.
And,
The victims are the poor young adults, who are waiting with dreamy eyes to write a new chapter of life.
The existence of three boards at the 10th std. level, [SSC, ICSE and CBSE, lets not talk about IGCSE and IB as they are different ball game altogether], have become a battle ground to win the seat in FYJC and funnily, the latter two boards are central Govt. authorized.
The Maharashtra Govt. has caused suicidal difficulties for the student stepping its foot outside its protected world of schooling..
The Maha. Govt. is on a hat-trick of creating blunders, that would eventually affect the educational health of the student, he proclaims to be wishing to help. First, in 2008, the policy of percentile counting instead of percentage was put forward. in 2009, the plan of 90% and 10%,[ 90% seats to be reserved for the students of local Govt. board [ssc] and the remaining 10% to be distributed among the ICSE and CBSE boards!!! Completely, unjust policy for the student coming out of Indian Govt. approved Centralize national boards! Thirdly, the grand policy of “Best of five”, which has been unreasonable for the students appearing for 10th std from the other two national boards, but also a wrong trait for students to overlook a little difficult subject.
All three have been a complete disaster as none of it have seen the daylight and not even the local board students have appreciated the move to introduce the stratagem of “Best of five” as the non- full proof plan has been rejected by the high court and the glory of tons full of marks of SSC students have remained unfulfilled. The SSC students have objected in capability of the Govt. to create and issue a strategy that would not had to be made redundant and shatter the dreams of youth of the state of entering selected institute.
In addition, the state Govt. of Maharashtra had issued 25 marks for the student competing at the state level sports event and unmerittedly, this was offered only to the SSC students. Thus, a youth participating at a competitive event and hailing from a Govt. board school would be presented with special gift in form of marks, even though the rival national board school’s student has fared better in the event organized by the state!!! [Luckily. this move was criticized by the SSC schools principals and discarded as “undemocratic”.
The schools operate, even if they are unaided, after obtaining necessary permissions from the state Govt. authorities and to conduct partial demeanor between the group of young generation of tomorrow’s India is an extremely inappropriate. To have different policy, for the residents of same state, is totally uncalled for. In fact, the children of transfer jobs parents have no choice to study in a national board where the syllabus does not vary, from state to state.
The policy of “Best of Five” has created catastrophe among the young minds..
And,
Poor souls are wasting their ”Best of time” of joining Collage..

Gujarat wins presitigious UN Public Service Award...Swarnimsiddhi-9.

The Chief Ministers Office, Government of Gujarat has been named esteemed recipient of the prestigious 2010 United Nations Public Service Award (UNPSA). State Wide Attention on Grievances with Application of Technology (SWAGAT) has won the UN Public Service Award in the category ‘Improving Transparency, Accountability and Responsiveness in Public Service'.

Spoeks persons Ministers of the state government Shri Jaynarayan Vyas & Saurabh Patel outlined the brief of award & said that Gujarat's award was handed out at the 2010 UN Public Service Awards Ceremony on 23rd June, in Barcelona, Spain, coinciding with the United Nations Public Service Day and Secretary to the Chief Minister, Shri A.K. Sharma received the Award.

The UN Public Service Award recognizes the creative achievements and contributions of public service institutions that lead to a more effective and responsive public service administration in countries worldwide. Through an annual competition, the UN Public Service Awards promote the role, professionalism, and visibility of public service.

The Chief Minister of Gujarat said: "People's voice is the key driver of a democracy, and listening to that voice is the key test of Good Governance". The award comes as a result of the hard work of the administration at all levels: State, District and Taluka. Winning the 2010 UNPSA has rewarded the dedication of all the administration who have invested in the project.

Few countries win the UN Public Service Award yet Gujarat has successfully managed to win this award in 2009, and now again in 2010. In 2009, Gujarat won the UN Public Service Award for Water and Sanitation Management Organisation (WASMO) in the category ‘Fostering participation in policy-making decisions through innovative mechanisms'. Gujarat is the only State in India to win the UN Public Service Award for the second time.

SWAGAT operates on the principle that grievance redressal is essential for good governance especially to vitalize a democracy. Every month the Chief Minister considers grievance cases through multi-video conferencing with all 26 Districts and all 225 Taluka Offices. SWAGAT is outcome focused and cases are redressed on the same day or in a time-bound manner. This is the first time that the common citizen can access the highest level office with other officers present in real-time through video-conferencing.

The advanced technology system allows attention and monitoring of grievances across the State to ensure resolution. SWAGAT operates across the state and has dealt with 50,585 cases at State and District level and 43,621 cases at Taluka level. 97% of grievances have been resolved since SWAGAT began in April 2003. At monthly State Sessions, Hon. CM reviews District and Taluka cases for quality of redressal and understanding the nature of problems at local level.

All grievances & redressal information (State, District & Sub District) are fed into the same system, through an internet portal. Total Transparency is given as applicants are given a unique ID through which applicants can access their case details and status online.

A number of SWAGAT cases have been highlighted at the UNPSA Forum in Spain, and on the UNPAN website.

Gujarat's winning entries for this award exemplifies the excellence the State has achieved in harnessing good governance to serve the community at large. It is a great achievement for Gujarat as this award is the most prestigious international recognition of excellence in public service.

Isn't it too late for Shri Nitish to mount the moral high horse?

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar made his reputation by focussing on development. Why is it that even he has to follow the hollow rhetoric of 'communal' and 'secular' when the time comes to woo voters? asks T V R Shenoy.

Two thousand, two hundred and seventy-five years ago the ruler of Magadha learned from the experiences of Kalinga. It seems that the contemporary master of Pataliputra is set to repeat that episode, learning a new lesson from the modern master of the coastal state.

Yet as the grandfather of the Marxists once said history repeats itself, first as tragedy and then as farce.

Ashoka was so horrified by the devastation caused by war that he renounced unnecessary violence. He did not, however, renounce Kalinga.

Nitish Kumar was so horrified by a photograph -- apparently! -- that he is on the verge of renouncing a -- seemingly! -- unnecessary ally. He will not, however, resign the chief ministership.

Bihar must elect a new Vidhan Sabha at some point in the next six months. Muslims constitute 17 per cent of the state according to the last census (which is almost a decade out of date). There is a feeling that the chief minister of Bihar believes that he can woo this large chunk by proving his 'secular' credentials, meaning jettisoning a fifteen year-old alliance with the Bharatiya Janata Party [ Images ].

The blueprint for this manoeuvre was seemingly drawn up by Naveen Patnaik, the Biju Janata Dal chief minister of Orissa. In 2009, on the verge of the general election, the Biju Janata Dal walked out of the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance. The motive was, reportedly, the violence against Christian missionaries in Kandhamal district. (Exactly why the chief minister waited for a year -- the attacks took place in 2007-2008 -- was never given any satisfactory explanation.)

The upshot was that the Biju Janata Dal won smashing victories both in the Vidhan Sabha and in the Lok Sabha elections, held simultaneously in 2009. It won 14 of the 21 Lok Sabha seats and 103 of the 147 Vidhan Sabha seats. You cannot argue with those numbers.

But where Naveen Patnaik could fall back on Kandhamal as a reason there was no such episode in Bihar to use in while divorcing one's BJP partner. It is not just that the Janata Dal-United -- under one name or another – has been hand in hand with the BJP for fifteen years, there is also the fact that the partnership has worked smoothly while in power for the past half a decade.

The public face of the BJP in Bihar during Nitish Kumar's chief ministership has been Sushil Kumar [ Images ] Modi, deputy chief minister and finance minister. (He is only the third to be deputy chief minister of Bihar, the others being Anugrah Narayan Sinha and Karpoori Thakur.) It would be hard to accuse Modi of being 'communal'.

Sushil Kumar Modi's wife, you see, is Jessie George, a Christian lady whose roots are in Kerala [ Images ]. (Doesn't quite fit the popular conception of an RSS member, does it?) Back in the days before he was surrounded by layers of ministerial security, Modi would escort his wife to church each Sunday, patiently waiting outside on his scooter until services finished. It is going to be slightly difficult to paint such a man as 'anti-secular'.

Nor has Sushil Kumar Modi been anything but an ideal colleague. He has been both honest and diligent. If Bihar is now on the highway to growth the state's finance minister deserves some credit for the fact.

But if one Modi won't serve, the BJP had another at hand didn't it? And thus began a highly-contrived tiff with Narendra Modi [ Images ].

Would it be fair to describe this play for Muslim votes as cynical in the extreme?

Let us check the facts. Nitish Kumar was the Union railway minister in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee [ Images ] ministry when there were riots in Gujarat in 2002, and he did not resign at the time, did he? And the chief minister of Bihar knew who his Gujarat counterpart was when he accepted a cheque for flood relief after the Kosi [ Images ] rose in spate, didn't he? Isn't it slightly late in the day for Nitish Kumar to mount the moral high horse?

I am sure the contrived quarrel shall offer plenty of opportunity for the likes of Lalu Prasad Yadav [ Images ] to mock Nitish Kumar. The chief minister probably won't care about any number of jibes if he wins as handsomely as did Naveen Patnaik.

We need not grudge the hard-working chief minister of Bihar his fun but the episode raises a troubling question. Nitish Kumar made his reputation as someone that chose to focus on development. Why is it that even he has to follow back on the hollow rhetoric of 'communal' and 'secular' when the time comes to woo voters?

Gujarat marching ahead in the field of education.. SwarnimSiddhi-8

Gujaratis are basically a business community.. Thus they portray an impression that Gujarati youth does not care about going deeper in achieving higher degrees and prefers “sitting in forefathers chair and getting engrossed in pursuing the business activity from young age”.
But,
Not any longer…
The new generation of Gujarati s are enlightened lot and they have lit up their souls with the sensation that Knowledge is Bliss
And,
Simple trading commotion can be many more folds effective if accompanied by qualitative education.
The credit for creating this progressive view towards obtaining education, is accredited to the long-sightedness of Hon. C.M. Shri Narendra Modi..
The Gujarat Govt. of today, has taken innumerable valuable steps to boost the growth of edification among the students..
The programme of Gunotsva, which was initiated in the year 2009-10, has attributed to uplift the standard of qualitative educational culture.
The programme has initiated the awareness among the students and teachers regarding the eminence of education. It projects to improve the quality of educational system and create model infrastructural facilities. It also encourages teachers to tutor using the developed technology. It intends to advance the value of primary education among the people. Once the people get initiated by the worth of learning, the higher education receives an significant importance.
Under this programmes, many new features have been forwarded..
Vidya Sahay Yojna:Since 1994 to 1998, not a single new teacher had been appointed and due to age factor, number of teachers had to retire. Thus, there were deficiency of one lakh teachers at the primary level. In such circumstances, the Vidya Sahay Yojna created jobs for one lakh job-seekers and in turn, students were facilitate with assistance.
The provision of job of teachers, was conducted in a complete transparent method and the prevailing practice of corruption was avoided, by introducing grading system.
Strict steps were taken to abolish the prevailing practice of strike, every now and then and it created an atmosphere of progressive thinking.
But,
The state Govt. did not rest after providing only essential amenities..It has taken massive steps to ensure the learner, technically developed education system.
From the year, 2004-05, state Govt. has announced one computer to the school, which obtains one as donation. In the first year, itself 3% of schools received computers. Not only that, but quite a few schools of number of districts developed their own Computer Lab in their premises. In promoting this progrramme , the doners also showed immense support. At present, about 25% schools of the state, are equipped with computers.
This is a period of Knowledge and Technology..
And,
A student, from a small remote village, progressing along with his counter part of urban area and walking hand in hand, in absorbing information, presents a Golden tomorrow of Gujarat, and eventually, this young lads of distant settlement, will surely excel the name of Mother India, around the globe..
The creation of HELPLINE to the students appearing for std 10th and 12th under the programme” Bhar Vinana Bhantar” enriches the pupil regarding his option of career at higher level.
To guarantee, the knowledge of English, in a simple and effective manner, the project “Scope” has been launched. There are 759 such centers throughout the state. The programme of Cambridge International Diploma [CIDT] , GUJCAT entrance test are few other important projects.
To decrease the “drop out” ratio among the students, the programme of “Mid day meal” has been successfully launched and students are fed healthy meal.
Sapt Dhara Yojna: In the world of Freedom of Expression, to ensure inclusive development of a student, it is extremely important to promote all-encompassing development is necessary. Under this scheme, the expression capacity of student is encouraged.
Thus education in Gujarat is aspiring to climb new and superior heights..
And,
The due to dedicated efforts of Shri Modiji and his team of ministers, Smt. Anandiben Patel and Shri Ramanbhai Vora, the Gujarati youth will brighten up in every sphere of knowledge.
Vande Gujarat..

The naked truth...weather we like it or not...

“The Bhopal Gas tragedy, was a White -collar crime by an American Corporation that “cynically used a third world country to escape from the increasingly strict standards imposed at home”. This is a statement by the chief judicial magistrate Mohan p Tiwari’s judgement, last Monday. Taking to task, the American Union Carbide Corporation [UCC] and its Indian subsidiary UCIL , for the mammoth tragedy in December 1984, the judge commented that the calamity was caused by the “synergy of the very worst of American and Indian cultures.”
After this blatant outburst by the Chief Judicial Megistrate, the role of American Company and its owner, is without a doubt attested..
But,
It’s a shame and disappointment of gargantuan scale, the conduct of our Congress leaders..
It is a pious practice, not to comment in malevolence manner about the deceased.. Thus, for all these years, we Indians refrained from accusing Late Mr. Clean..The late Ex. Hon. P.M. Shri Rajiv Gandhi’s demeanor . When the Congress leaders and its Govt. was mourning over the assassination of Smt. Indira Gandhi, in December 1984, more than 15,000 Indians were subjected to death in split second of a moment and many more were made to mourn for years to come on losing the near and dear ones.
And,
The culprit was given assistance to elope by none other than Smt Gandhi’s own son, for God alone knows, covenant!!!
I am sure, lot many friends would hate me for this unconcealed revelation of apparent nature.
But,
The fact remains barefaced...
The detailed disclosure by IBN 7 exposed the conduct of the then Congress Govt. both at center and in Madhya Pradesh which were led by late Shri Rajiv Gandhi and Shri Arjun Singh respectively.
On the third day, after the disastrous incidence, Mr. Warren Anderson and two of his Indian C.E.O.’s visited Bhopal and on their arrival, they were taken in the custody and kept under house arrest in the Guest House of Union Carbide. On the next day, THE Chief Secretary buzzed the D.S.P. and the Collector in charge to release Mr. Anderson and immediately fly him to Delhi. After being instructed, the D.S.P. himself drove a blue Ambassador to the airport. Seated next to him was the collector and Warren Anderson and two others were seated in t5he back seat. The car was entered in the airport premises from the V.I.P. enclosure and without passing through the Security Check, was straight taken near the aircraft [which was a Govt. aircraft, flown by a Muslim pilot, who was unaware of the passenger he was flying] and taken to Delhi.
The next day, in Delhi, the culprit responsible for the massacre of more than 15,000 innocent lives, was having tea with the then Indian president Late Shri Gyani Zail Singh and had a meeting with the then Hon. Home Minister, Late Shri P.V. Narsimha Rao!!! After spending one full day, in the Indian capital, after being responsible for heartrending condition of Indian citizens, living barely, a few hundred kilometers away, Mr . Anderson completed his so called holiday!!! and flew back to Connecticut, without even his hair being hurt...It has been revealed that Late Shri Rajiv Gandhi, who was attending Sarc meeting, had called the C.M. Office in Bhopal, twice in span of ten minutes and had asked Mr. Arjun Singh’s Govt. to order the release of Warren Anderson.
Thus, the “foreigner ka damaad” cold heartedly liberated the “Merchant of Death” of thousands of people.
And,
now,
his “foreigner widow” [sorry, if its sounding rude, but truth is naked and thus, it does hurt] expresses disturb and upsetting sentiment on reproving the name of her late husband..
But,
The curtain has been finally raised from the unspoken authenticity and it would be improper or rather immoral, not to blame every offender responsible for causing severe mental and physical damage to an entire coming generation..
And,
Our late Mr. Clean was accountable for the real culprit having a free hand in returning to his country foot loose and fancy free.. And never ever being enquired.
And Smt. Sonia Gandhi, is claiming to be upset on her late husband’s name being involved?

Gujarat marching ahead...Swarnimsiddhi-7..The Daughter Empowerment

“If a son is learned, he will benefit one family but if a daughter is skilled, she will uplift two families.” These Golden words by the Hon. C.M. Shri Narendra Modi has proven to be magical and his heartfelt appeal to initiate citizens to educate their daughters has brought about miraculous boost among people.
To build a enlightened society, the education among its women is of prime importance and this has been heartfelt yearning of Shri Modiji and he incorporated this longing into various schemes and format to increase the ratio of female education [kanya kelvani] in the state.
The Vidya Laxmi Bond, Vidya Deep Yojna, forming of Kanya Kelvani Nidhi are few of the unique systems that have been designed to promote edification among the women and bring about cultural uplift among the monetarily developed state. Shri Modiji and his Govt. strongly believes that no development can be regarded absolute unless education and progress go hand in hand.
Vidya Laxmi Bond: The major cause that kept the daughters away from receiving education, has been their unfortunate financial state. The underprivileged, who barely managed to meet the two ends and provide for their families, just about sufficient to survive. On top of that, the rituals demanded heavy expense, at the time of daughter’s marriage, to be incur by the father.
In such conditions, it was necessary to take steps that would prevent the parents to discontinue their daughter’s learning.
Under the scheme of Vidya Laxmi Bond, the villages having less than 35% education rate, the daughter would obtain a bond worth Rs. 1000, when she joins Std 1st. This daughter, would receive the amount with interest, when she would pass out from Std. 7th.
Thus, this has been a major boost to enhance and improve the number of female education.
Vidya Deep Yojna: On 26th Januaray 2001, a major calamity, that struck Gujarat and killed many many lives in the form of devastating earthquake. The innocent children were returning from flag hoisting to mark the Republic Day of motherland.
And,
These blooming buds shut their eyes forever.
To protect the life of children, the Gujarat Govt. stared an Insurance Scheme from the year, 2002-2003. Under these system, the parents of the kids, meeting death, due to accident, will receive financial aid from the state. The parents of the students of Primary Section would be aided with 50,000 Rs. and the children studying in Secondary as well as Higher Secondary studies would be receiving assistance of Rs. 1 Lakh. The aid will be granted by the agency named Veer Kinariwala and the premium of this insurance is paid by the Gujarat Govt.
Kanya Kelvani Nidhi: Shri Modiji is one C.M. for whom Educated Gujarat is the dream he cherishers. Hon. C.M. had once appealed to citizens of Gujarat that “I am a monk and have come to solicit for aid. In aid, I intend requesting to present me with a pledge that you all will educate your daughters.”
In the year, 2003-2004, to encourage Kanya Kelvani, as well as to lend a hand for higher education to girls, the Hon. C.M. initiated a special fund for the purpose. This scheme is in progress with the support of people. Plus, all the gifts that the Hon. C.M. receives are auctioned publicly and the earned income is added to the Kanya Kelvani fund. The fund is used in 30 providing aid to daughters studying in Medical and Engineering in 30 progressive districts. The girls are presented with Computers. The girls studying in Science faculty, Std 11th and 12th are provided with the financial assistance in Coaching Class. The The monetary abet is also provided to all those who have taken admission in Commercial Courses and are appearing for Civil Exams.
The daughters obtaining first three ranking in SSC/HSC at Taluka level, are also awarded and any one contributing exceptionally to promote the Kanya Kelvani in the state, are rewarded with Kanya Kelvani Gaurav Puraskar, district wise. The physically challenged daughters obtaining first three ranking are also awarded reward worth Rs. 5000.
Thus, daughters of today and tomorrow’s Gujarat are ready to conquer the world of education and walk at par with man in every field..

The non-trustworthiness of CBI enquiries as their feet dance on the tune of UPA Govt...

The biggest and the worst industrial disaster, the gas leakage case in the Union Carbaide, in Bhopal, in December 1984 has thrown light on many myths that was surrounded by the notion that our highest intelligent agencies work without any intrusion from the Govt.
First of all, the justice and verdict in one of the hugest industrial calamity has been implausibly delayed and has been turned into a farce. The denial of justice to 15,000 victims in the case has probed angry minds to enquire about the deep rooted cause for such action.
And,
The CBI officer, the then joint director, Shri B.R. Lal, who was in charge of the probe from April 1994 to July 1995 [during the reign of Narsimha Rao led Congress Govt. in center.] has unleash many mysteries that encircled the catastrophe. He revealed that then External Affair Ministry had forced the delay in the enquiry and ordered not to move the extradition of Warren Anderson, CEO of Union Carbaide, at the time of devastating episode. Lall explained further that in 1994, the MEA Communication came and by then the CBI had already filed a chargesheet for culpable homicide not amounting to murder [304 of IPC] which was changed to death due to negligence [304A] by the Hon. Supreme Court. There were sufficient proofs against Anderson and the CBI was going ahead with investigations when the MEA ‘s interference slowed down the extradition process. He further added that only one attempt of handing over Anderson to Indian Govt. had taken place in 2003 [during the NDA Govt.’s rule] under Indo-US collateral extradition treaty.
And,
Warren Anderson, till today, is enjoying a lavish life in the USA...!!!
And,
There is no trace of “procurement” from United States side.. They remain perfectly non committal and questioned weather they would probe further into the case, the state dept. spokesman, P.J.Cowley offered stony silence...!!!
Thus,
The disclosure straight from horse’s mouth [the officer of high ranking of CBI] exposes a very important message...
That,
The enquiries and probes by CBI are not neutral and are forcefully provoked by the Govt. Time and again the UPA Govt. has enforced such commands and in both the recent cases [the Afzal Guru case and Warren Anderson case] are culpable examples of the same.
God alone knows how many more veiled skeletons are hidden behind...
And,
This also compel us to explore whether the enquiry by the CBI to Gujarat Govt. is not instigated by the UPA Govt. ’s personal vengeance...

Gyan Shakti in Panchamrut Yojna and Daughter Empowerment in Gujarat.

In 1960, Gujarat obtained its separate entity and since than its progress has achieved new heights in every sphere. In last one decade, Gujarat’s growth has not only been limited to industrial and economical expansion but also in the field of human resource development.
The long-sightedness of the Hon. C.M. Shri Narendra Modi, has emphasized the need for Panchamrut Philosophy which includes the intensification of five vital power to enrich the citizens with comprehensive development. They are Gyan Shakti [KnowledgeSource], Jal Shakti [Water Source], Urja Shakti [Energy Source], Raksha Shakti [Security Power] and Jan Shakti [Human Resource Power].
In Panchamrut Philosophy, the knowledge power is of fundamental requisite. Around the globe, any nation that becomes super power, the mammoth knowledge source is the root cause for its glorious achievements. The Gujarat Govt. has initiated serious efforts in full force, in this direction.
After coming to power, in 2001, Hon. C.M. Shri Modiji, has presented novel thoughts and innovative ideas regarding developing knowledge power. Be it the celebration of Children joining schooling [Shala Preveshotsva] or Female education [Kanya Kelvani] or Children University [Bal University] or Upliftment of Teaching methods [Gunotsva] or Training to Bureaucrats [Karmayogi Talim] or School Adoption Program me or The Scope Project or The Saptadhara Project [highlighting the extra curriculum abilities] or the Vidyadeep Yojna or the Sakshardeep Yojna.
The list is never ending...

Shala Preveshotsva: Celebration and festivity is the prime heritage of our culture. Indian culture can boast of innumerable festivals that colors the lives of people.
But,
Among them, there is one that is initiated by the current Gujarat Govt.
The brainchild of the Hon. C.M. ..
That lights up the lives of young children and ensures them bright tomorrow..
During the month of June, when the initial rain drops shower the earth and the mother nature is blooming at its best, the budding buds of our society begin a new chapter of their lives..
And,
This new beginning is celebrated with frolic by Gujarat Govt. The entire village folks participate in this festivity. The school is decorated to welcome the fresh entrants and the little stars are taken to the school premises in a grand procession, in tractor or the bullock cart on the beat of drum. The school staff, Govt. Authorities as well as invitees greet the children with kumkum on their fore-head and present them with books and slate.
Thus, the complete celebration becomes a life time reminicient..
Kanya Kelvani Mahotsva: It’s a well known aphorism that “ When a son of the family is presented with education, he will uplift a family but if daughter is imparted with education, she will take ahead two families.”
For all this years, since Gujarat acquired state status, it had never achieved satisfactory standard in Female education. In the interior regions and diminutive villages, the ratio of daughters education was negligible. An uneducated daughter could never contribute to the nation’s growth or obtain comfortable standard of surviving. The states Hon. ex. Education Minister and currently Revenue Minister, Smt Anandiben Patel took detrimental steps to eradicate the prevailing situation of uneducated daughters and in a short span of time, initiated 9,72, 265 lakh daughters to gain education. In last 5 years, the enrolment rate, among boys has increased by 6.49% and among girls, its reached 6.46% In net enrollment ratio, the growth among boys, has been 22.84% where as among firls, its increased by 23.15%
The Hon. C.M. is extremely vigilant regarding the unaffordability by females in attaining education. And, to overcome this complexity the Hon. C.M. has started a fund known as “Mananiya Mukhya Mantri Shrini Kanya Kelvani Nidhi. “Under, this fund, the amount collected worth, Rs. 18, 01, 05, 657/oo has been offered to educate and thus uplift, the daughters and create a sound society for tomorrow.
Gujarat’s nari shakti will surely enrich the nation in various fields tomorrow.

Kashmir the heart and soul of every Indian...

Kashmir has been, Kashmir is and Kashmir will be…
An integral part of Mother India..
In the pre-independence era, when the two nation theory was being adopted by the British and our beloved country was bisected into two, on the basis of religion followed by the people living on its soil..
And,
This cutting of the soul like soil, was conducted by a British official named Sir Redcliff, who did perform his duty, definitely dutifully but soullessly.
As his observation and accomplishments were solely on the basis of physical features scrutinized by him and any concern for the mental texture of the citizens was overlooked.
It is a proven fact that the piece of land, today known to the world as Pakistan, was a part of Hindukush and the Golden cultural heritage had emerged here. With the Muslim invasions after sixth century A.D. the people partly adopted Muslim Culture.
But,
Originally, the mantel and physical make-up of the people residing in this region was and is part of the Bharatvarsha.
Thus,
To separate them, with a stroke of pencil was unpardonable.
And,
Today, after sixty-three years, of Indian independence, this sentiment is echoed loudly and clearly, in the verdict predicted by the people of Kashmir.
It’s a slap across the face of all those, who ceaselessly, emphasized in blowing the trumpet of Referendum in Kashmir and Kashmir is a part of India only till the army is present in the valley and so on and so forth.. Pakistan has crossed all limits of gentle conduct in the case regarding Kashmir and has tried every possible method of insurgency that would uproot the peace of the land.
The innumerable quantum of bloodshed has taken place on the soil, that is considered to be the Heaven on the Earth, by great nobles of every generations.
The existence of superciliousness among the political leaders of this land has given birth to unstable political conditions and killed the momentum of patriotism towards the national integrity. The existence of Special powers to Jammu and Kashmir Govt.[ as if its being a part of the nation, is a special favor done by them to the independent India ] is the root cause of the plight faced by Indian citizens and the administrative system for all these years. The continuation of Article 370 is not only unfair but also the reason for constant upheaval prevailing.
But,
Recently, An observer from British University, has conducted a survey among the Kashmir citizens weather they would want to join with Pakistan..
And,
The answer has been completely negative. About 98% of Kashmiris have opined against their territory merging with Pakistan!!! On the contarary, those who had migrated to Pakistan immediately after independence, wish to return to India. They have been witnessing the quandary situations faced by those who had preferred migrating to Pakistan. Those migrated have not been wholeheartedly accepted by the original occupants of the land and till today, consider the migrants as Mujahirs!
But,
Many of them, still pamper the notion of Separate Kashmir.. Kashmir as a nation..Coolly overlooking the simplest fact that a small, meager nation, surrounded by three huge powers [India, China and Pakistan {atleast developed in terrorist tactics}] will turn it into a slave nation.. Today, the whatever little industrial growth has taken place in the valley, is in the Jammu region and that has Hindu dominance and thus will never will be a part of Kashmir as separate nation. With only tourism and bit of the farming of fruit, dryfruit and exotic spices, the economy can not survive. The land with no or very little economic growth, will definitely turn into a heaven for drug trafficking and blood trafficking. [Today, about Rs. 3000 crores are being spent on Kashmir by the Indian Govt. annually.] thus the heaven for tourists will turn into hell, limiting tourist flow.
But,
This is an auspicious beginning, as it has come to light that Pakistan worshipping among Kashmiris is only a myth. it’s a time for Indian political agencies to chart out a strategy to educate the Kashmiris that either to join hands with Pakistan or to remain a separate entity will not be beneficial for their survival. Its high time, the political brigade, especially of Kashmir’s political scenario, accept this truth and impede from misguiding the Kashmir citizens for their personal agendas.
And,
Its a obligatory for Kashmiris to come out from these separatist mentality and wholeheartedly be a part of Mother India.
