The media's blatant conduct...

Finally, the FDI [foreign direct investment] has been rolled back. The Govt. in center, which was adamantly eager to introduce such measure and begin to put the nation on sale, has had to suspend the programme till it found consensus.
FDI was an ultimate blow on the huge middle class as well as small scale entrepreneurs. It was argued by Govt. that FDI would give rise to atleast3 crores of jobs but what about the crores of small time retailers class that would be jobless??? It is a sure shot path that leads our currency out of our country.
And,
To stop this disaster, the strictest of method had to be implanted.
And,
It was inevitable that the opposition, adopt the firmest method that is non-violent and compel the Govt. to not only hold back but roll back its decision.
The opposition did that...
But,
The Media couldn’t digest it. [it could be international pressure on them, especially the western world that is funding our media barons] The media dramatically turned the scenario, against the opposition, proclaiming that people’s money being wasted in nonfunctioning of the parliament session!!!
This is utterly nonsense...
The opposition did not resort to any violent mean but vigorously pressurized the Govt. to dismiss this unfair policy. During pre-independence era, Mahatma Gandhi had adopted the Non-co operation movement and that was considered non-violent.
And,
Eventually,
The said movement became instrumental in bringing freedom to this nation.
Then, what was so unethical about pressurizing the Govt. to take action in favor of crores of common men of this country???
Isn’t the money that the Media claims that have been lost that belonged to people, is of crores of small scale entrepreneurs , whose houses would lose the light of the day, had this FDI became reality??? Their tears are valueless for the media...
Shame on you, media.

Foreign Direct Investment or Foreign destruction of India???

About 20 years back, in 1991 when Late Shri Narsimha Rao’s Govt. came in power, the Reserve Bank Governor was assigned the duty of finance ministry. The then RBI head entered politics, brought about “reforms”, introduced economic globalization and ignited revolution.
The economic globalization, opened the gates of foreign investment into our country and the global commercial activity paced up swiftly. Indian markets turned into market yard for foreign goods and the rotation of money began rapid.
But,
Till then, the foreign investment was limited to huge industries.. Of course, in due course, the Indian products suffered...
Now,
When that finance minister of N. Rao’s govt. has turned into “pacca” politician and become the head of the nation, he has gone a step further and added fuel to fire. The UPA Govt. in center, has announced the policy of FDI [foreign direct investment] in retail sector!!!
The propaganda by the pioneer of this policy, claims vehemently that FDI would enhance huge employment opportunity...
What about the small entrepreneurs who are in mammoth number of about 3 crores, would lose their business largely. Years back, the trading system of lending grocery and eatables to middle and lower class enabled them to carry on their standard of living without much hassle. The emergence of multi-nationals in retail would curb their ability to provide for their kith and kin in their low incomes. In addition, the load of shutting down of small businesses would on the contrary, create colossal chaos with increase in unemployment. The hardest hit would be the manufacturer class, consumer items producers and farmers, people engaged in cottage industries, when their handmade as well as small scale produces would be replaced by international goods. The farmer would lose his liberty to grow on basis of his need and capacity, rather he would be subjected to instructions from multi-nationals.
The enormous sum of exchange would slip away to foreign lands...
And,
Once again a new form of East India company would appear. In 1608, The East India Company, surfaced on the scenario and captured the Indian trade and economy and eventually ruled our nation for more than two centuries. The Indian economy was paralyzed and all its past glory was abolished.
We are once again on threshold of foreigners taking over our economy.. Tomorrow, this beginning might lead to foreigners taking over our administration..

Mother India to be led by a "Bacchccha"???

In 1950’s, very soon after independence, a film named “Jagruti” was released.. The film had a very melodious song...
HUM LAYE HAI, TUFAAN SE KASHTI NIKAL KE,
ISS DESH KO RAKHNA MERE BACCHO SAMAL KE....
More than sixty years have flown by ..
And,
Unfortunately [yes, unfortunately I repeat because as the song portrays that the generation next would take the rich heritage of our beloved motherland to the supreme prosperity.] the current political scenario has twisted the song and its meaning. Sadly, the ruling hierarchy that wishes to control the reins of Mother India, plans and strategizes to gift the supreme power of this nation, in the hands of a “bacchccha”...
A bacchha of 42 years.
Rahul ‘baba’ as he is fondly addressed!!!
And,
This Rahul “Baba” fulfils the trust that is thrust upon his shoulder, in full swing!!!
He goofs up not every now and than..
But,
Every than and than...
The latest being, locating the origin of a beggar...
But,
dear Rahul ‘baba’...
Your stinking statement, poses to be absolutely derogatory for the people of the state and moreover, it blows a severe bloat on the integrity as a single nation. It attacks on the feeling of brotherhood between the people belonging to various states. They instead of being citizen of India, gets fragmented into natives of Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh and so on and so forth. To gain the sympathy vote of few, who were present in the Sabha in Phulpur, U.P. Rahul ‘baccha’ addressed the few lakhs of the UPites, residing in the other parts of our own nation, in search of livelihood, as ‘baggers’!!! If at all, they have chosen to shift base to earn better prospect, they can not be demeaned as ‘baggers’...
Is Shri Krupashankar Singh, the Mumbai Pradesh Congress chairman, a bagger???
As he has shifted from native U.P. to Mumbai???
The Congressmen everywhere, around the country had difficulty in saving face, from common men’s rage on such degrading remark...
He commented further that his statement is to perform as an eye-opener, to the mis-managed rule of last 20 years by Samajwadi, BJP and BSP!!! The BJP has ruled for half a term in this span. Thus, he claims that no up liftment of Uttar Pradesh has taken place in last 20 years.
And,
The most outrageous statement is...
If Congress comes to power, he would enhance the development of the state within 10 tears...
The question here that arises...
How come and why the Congress run states are faring worse???
Why the investment is on decline in Maharashtra, a traditionally Congress strong hold???
The study released by Global Consultancy firm, Knight Frank has echoed the concern that the neighboring states cashing in on Exodus, in Maharashtra.. The state that Congress has ruled since its conception in 1960, except five year haul by Sena-BJP [1995-99].
Automobile Sector growth is on lower rate in comparison to Tamilnadu and Karnataka. Share of the Chemical industry in the state’s manufacturing pie has declined from 22% to 13%. State losing edge in manufacturing sector.Gujarat, A.P. and Karnataka gaining at Maharashtra’s expense.
Rahul Baba.. We the citizen of India are aware, you are dreaming or rather day dreaming about becoming the Prime Minister of India...
But,
Pahle apna ghar to Samalo.. Maharashtra, that Congress has ruled for years and the top order state that it was once upon a time, has been slipping away and you are claiming to be the mesiha for U.P.??? Why should the people of U.P accept that you and your team would bring them growth largely??? What are the credentials of your [Congress’s] performance???
Indian population wants a youthful P.M..
Young at heart, energetic, techno savvy as well as aware of country’s roots and heritage.. Not just age wise but more over mindset wise..
Why should they accept a goof up champ baccha???
Grow up baby, grow up...

lopsided higher education is no criterion for decline in unemployment.

The western world is suffering from severe recession. Some call it period of Correction as the rapid rise in the economic development that is not corresponding to realistic growth of the economy with subsequent augmentation, would ignite collapse of the same in due course of time.
Sadly, The world over unemployment is the burning problem.
To portray regarding the Indian economy, certain facts are pin pointed.
The education in the country’s youth has increased many folds. [Not considering, the huge portion of population still remains uneducated due to various reasons but only taking into account, the figures projecting rise in educated class.]
But,
The education among youth is not accompanied by the equalivalant job opportunity. Thus, the class of educated unemployed increases on a mammoth scale and it brings along, stressful and depressing society.
While dwelling further, into the current scenario, one comes across, certain facts.
The education in the modern society, remains various graduation degrees to hi-fi medical as well engineering, finance and related higher studies.
But,
While producing such a lot, the present education system looks down upon the job opportunities in the Menial fields. For ex. emergence of colossal Automobile Industry will not suffice if the trained car mechanics are unavailable. Unfortunately, our education system lacks the stimulation for pride in doing menial jobs. [My intention here, is not to disgrace the higher degress but to present the same pride to people engaged in other skilled jobs. Unless we grace the similar stateliness to other skills, the progress will remain lopsided.] A youth having secured barely minimum marks, fights tooth and nail, to get into Graduation Course , overlooking the Vocational Courses that would immediately grant him or her job opportunity, faces setback, almost immediately in the first few years as they fail to grasp the subject.
Such scenario, drive them to leave their home town in search of jobs. The recent study by Bhaskar Expert panel on the effects of industrialization projects that about 3 crores of people leave their home town each year. The lop sided industrialization is the cause and it could prove horrendous for the future growth. Mahatma Gandhi always thrust upon the development of villages and self sufficiency to villages, which could have led to non mobilization of rural population towards the urban areas. Today, Shri Narendra Modi has created Rurban economy in Gujarat, where industrialization has reached the door step of the people of rural areas instead of they reaching there.
Kerala is considered as the Most Educated State but shockingly, it possesses 20.77% of unemployed in the country and this is the highest percentage!!!
Situation is very alarming and it should serve as an eye-opener. Education is must, no doubt but higher education should co-relate with job opportunity and mainly individual capacity and aptitude..
Or else, we will lead to create not only a depressing society but also unemployed youth as well as severe scarcity in basic services...

Justice, the term should mean it.. "Just" for all...

The verdict regarding Sardarpura case in Gujarat, during the post Godhra riots out today. The media fiercely proclaiming that at last the justice prevailing for the victims.
The justice must prevail…
For one and all…
But,
Has it prevailed, for the victims of 26/11???
Strictly no…
Its an irony that the attacker Mr. Kasab is fearlessly living off on Indian money and that too, in five star luxury!!!
And,
He is no political prisoner…
He is probably surviving, [absolutely, why probably???] on the victim’s kith n kin’s tax paid to Indian Govt. fund.
Thus, what about the justice to be granted to these sufferers of 26/11??? Their wounds have no value??? Their losses does not matter???
It is an open and shut truth [weather the suedo intellectual lobby, the media barons or the so called social activists who unfortunately only feel the pain of the sufferers of the minority community] that the Post Godhra riots were not genocide or the progrom , in any which way but were reaction to a grossly cruel, unprovoked action caused by the minority fanatics and sadly the act was not ferociously condemned by the big shots of the minority community, which portrayed the picture of “thick skinned, don’t care attitude” by them and such blatant coldness towards the ghastly brutal attack on Sabarmati Express, infuriated the masses of Gujarat and they retaliated to the gruesome attack.
If the verdict can be given as life sentence to 31 accuses in this case, to fulfil the need of justice to the victims, the victims of 26/11, have a right to demand the justice???
26/11 was an attack by our enemy nation on the integrity and soverginity of our motherland.
but,
Very very sadly, the media has been conveniently getting adjusted to the injustice being prevailing to the sufferers by our central power.
The CNN-IBN mentioned that this is the first time, on the soil of Gujarat, the victims [and for media, the term victims is synonyms with those victimized in the hands of majority… what a pity!!!] have been granted justice. The Best Bakery case had to be shifted to Maharashtra and so on..
But,
Dear Media Barons…
Have you conveniently erased from your memory that “minority savior” Teesta Setalwad had tampered with the proofs and in reality, she needs to be accused for projecting false evidences.
Then, where is the justice prevailing???

The true colors of Teesta Setalwad revealed and unveiled..

Mumbai Based NGO Citizen for Justice and Peace, is run and headed by Teesta Setalwad. Teesta, under the headship of this NGO seems to have espoused the role of Minority Savior.
But,
Unfortunately, Teesta Madam presumes it to be Humanity Savior…
And,
Under the same pretext, grabs the liberty to resort to mischief with the truth .
Mr. Rais Khan, once upon a time associate of Madam Teesta has registered an affidavit in Mumbai High Court, demanding a re-run of Best Bakery Case, where Teesta had bribed and created fake evidences as well as bogus witness. Khan was the organizer of Teesta’s NGO, at that time and he has insisted to the Hon. Court to re-open the case and demand an explanation regarding the same and Teesta’s role in it. He has further demanded that Teesta should be made to undergo Lie detector test and Polygraph test.
According to Ex. Advocate of Zaheera Shaikh, Shri Atul Mistry, stated that Zaheera has presented time and again that Teesta Setalwad had offered inducement such as re-building of the bakery and huge sum to be deposited in Zaheera’s account. Zaheera , under these enticements gave a false effidevit to the court. In April 2011, the most important witness of the case and sis-in-law of Zaheera Shaikh, Shaikh Yasmeen Banu also registered an effidevit that she, too was backhanded by Teesta and forcefully made the witness and she gave forged effidevit against 17 innocents. ..
Now,
Even the associate of Teesta has recorded the truth and that too, in court.
But,
It is rather shocking that the media still, preserves its faith in a liar and fraud entity as Teesta and gives her a chance as well as place to be in debates, where she with her malicious approach, spits poison of animosity and propagates the fallacious allegations.
This promulgate credibility of Media Honchos like Rajdeeps, Barkhas and Arnavs..
Don’t they see the truth???

Dwell into the history before blowing criticism to Shri Narendra Modi.

The media can not survive without making news around the Hon. C.M. OF Gujarat. It is an honor for any person, committed in public life to be remembered practically, every other moment by the media honchos.
But,
The moment Shri Narendra Modi, adds one more feather to his already flourished cap of achievement, the media and their mentor, the Congress and suedo-secularists begin having hick-ups. Whatever may be the verdict from Hon. Supreme Court or its agency known as SIT, the suedo seculars like Teesta Setalwad, does not hesitate to accuse it that, “The SIT has lost its credibility!!!”.
Has such so called secularists ever dwelt in the deeper seas to explore the cause behind, the Hindu rage that has arisen, other than roasting their papad of animosity against Shri Modiji and earn some Browny points from the huge section of, mostly uneducated downtrodden Muslims???
Has the like-minded Suedos and Muslim leaders have located any record, that projects any Mosque been shelved off by Hindu king, in the History? On the contarary, the Muslim Historians themselves have documented the details regarding the Hindu temple that have been destructed by Muslim rulers. In fact, in the last 1200 years, not only the Hindus of Hindusthan but also in Spain and Balkan in East Europe, the Muslim rulers completely destroyed the life of these societies. These attacks were not just the military aggressions, with focused aim of conquering ones territory and expanding ones rule. They were focused with aim of total annihilation of the social fabric of the conquered social group. The Muslim rulers, who with haughtiness, demolished the faith of other religion, proclaiming it to be the ‘Order by Allah’.
But,
Unfortunately, our suedo-seculars conveniently disregard these absolutely proven facts.
The demolition of Babri Mosque has not happened overnight, out of the vehemence. The Hindu leader had almost pleaded and begged to the Muslim leadership, to comprehend their point of view and beseeched to value the sentiments regarding the birth place of their God, Lord Ram. Now, even the judiciary has agreed to believe the evidences that the place was a a Hindu temple and especially, had connection with Hindu faith about Lord Ram’s birthplace.
But,
Sadly, the Muslim Spokespersons refused to assert any dignity and sensitivity in the entire issue and be considerate. The Babri Masjid, is actually only one of the Hindu temples that has been demolished by Muslims. The total numbers of temples that have been demolished by Muslims, can be found out from the observations of Shri Sitaram Goyal, “Hindu temples: what happened to them.”
In past, in 1000 A.D. Mohhammed of Gazani, when he succeeded in conquering the prime Hindu faith Somnath, in his 17th attempt, he had brutally ordered his soldiers to smash the Shivling into bits and parade the people over it!!! The number of innocent Hindus, that were butchered is best forgotten...
The suedo-seculars argue that these occurrence have happened in the ancient era, about 600-700-1000 years before.
But,
In this entire time span, can they locate a single saga of the Hindu king marching towards Middle East or Central Asian nations and demolished mosques there or indulged in conversion???
Lets forget about the ancient past and march towards the recent past...
The 16th August 1946...
The Direct Action Day...
The C.M. of Undivided Bengal, Suharawardi in his public meeting had ordered that Police Force would not interfere in any action against Hindus, in Kolkatta!!! [Calcutta, of old times.] This resulted in killing of 10,000 people in Kolkatta. The then British Governor, Sir Fedrick Burroze had reported that the Kolkatta lanes had rivers flowing of Blood!!!
The copies of Muslim Leagues Circular were printed and cyclostyled and distributed among Indian Muslims. [The copy of this circular in Justice Khoslas book, “Stern Reckoning”, page no. 313, publisher Oxford University Press] The circular contained,
1. Along with establishing Pakistan, the India to be conquered and taken over.
2. Each Muslim to be granted the rights worth 5 Hindus.
3. To demolish all temples.
4. To demolish the Hindu culture and heritage.
5. To abduct Hindu females and rape them and forcefully converting them to Islam.
And lot more...
These is the picture projecting the mentality of Muslim League..
When the eminent Columist Shri M.V. Kamath met with Sir Feroze Khan Noon, the later commented that if the Muslim’s demand for Pakistan had not been accepted, the Muslims would have turned like Changaz Khan!!!
And,
This mindset still prevails in Lashkar-e-Toiba.
We, the people of India, are still hesitating in getting into the action regarding the life sentence, that has already been confirmed by the Hon. President of India, for not hurting the sentiments of Muslims!!! It is rather sad that Muslims, living on this soil, still would be hurt by it...
And,
Our “Hon.” Secularists engage themselves in abusing and accusing Shri Narendra Modi.
In the report of Asian Age, dated 10th January, about 10 to 15 Hindu girls are kidnapped every month and compellingly married off to Muslims.
But,
In last one year, how many terrorist has Pakistan held and convicted??? None.
According to Free Press Journal’s reprt of 19th July, the Sikhs residing in Pakistan, are not allowed to celebrate their festivals. According to the report of 17th July’s TOI, about 400 Pak terrorists are kept in 42 terror camps near the Line of Control and as per the report of DNA, dated 21st July, Pakistan has printed fake currency to be distributed in India!!!
This is utterly wounding the Indian mindset. The limits of bearing the pain and humiliation has crossed all barriers and the outcome is ought to be outrageous. It is shocking, not just surprising to note the mum kept by so called secularists. The Muslim fanatic leaders, utilize their shoulder and support in Print and Electronic media in their battle of Modi-bashing. They do not intend giving life sentence to Afzal Guru but they scornfully demand an apology from Shri Narendra Modi!!!
We, as Hindus of India do not wish to chuck out Muslims residing on this soil but their counterparts in Pakistan do chuck off Hindus living there. Thus, the Muslims belonging to India should budge from Hindu bashing mentality of theirs. Had the Muslim leadership, had once [Hindus have on umpteen times] shown decorum and consideration towards Hindus of this land and fondly agreed to grant the Ram Mandir be re-built, which was once upon a time, a Hindu structure, the Godhra episode would not have occurred..
But,
Alas....
[Based on refrences from Shri. M.V. Kamath and Shri B.N. Jog.]

Is the central Govt. into the business of speculation???

The country is facing acute food crisis. It makes us wonder, the deep rooted cause behind it. There have been plenty of offshoots responsible and many of them are accompaniments of development.
The education, better medical facility and research into medical field has resulted into high mortality rate and low death rate, creating longer life span.
And,
As a result, population explosion creating more and more demand for the food.
The food amounts to basic necessity for a human to survive. A certain years back, famine was a usual occurrence causing food shortage to a huge extent.
But,
Fortunately, the nature has been kind and due to global atmosphere changes, the rain fall has not been below the required level. Still, the catastrophe of food continues.
Shouldn’t one dwell into the deeper cause and locate the solution…
Isn’t the policy regarding the food distribution as well as the intention of the policy maker at fault?
There have been umpteen cases of food grains not reaching the market and finally to a BPL home and getting rotted and reaching the dust-bins or graver than that, getting turned into alcohol to fulfill, not the tummies but the purses of the policy makers sitting in the Delhi bungalow. The policy that we are talking about is allowing the speculation on basic commodities, indispensable for a underprivileged to survive. It is contemptible when the prices of essential food products soar to sky high and become unaffordable to a high section of people. The Govt. which allows existence of body such as MCX and disallow the vital requirements for human survival , is largely to be blamed. It is very easy for the concerned Govt. official to pass the buck of guilt to people indulging in commodity, [especially the very basic commodities] speculation,
But ,
The Govt. can not remain a mere spectator and allow the unjust to happen.
Recently, on 3rd October, the speculation on Cotton is beginning. As this monsoon, there has been enormous production of Cotton, now the Govt. is allowing the speculation of the same. The high production of Cotton, could have resulted in low cost of the same.
But,
Alas!!!
When the Planning Commission of the country, can overlook the minimum requirement of its population. What one should expect from the same? The 32 Rs. dead line indicating person’s fundamental need does not offer to include any expenditure on something to cover ones body. Thus, how can Cotton be left behind from being part of speculative property as to the Govt. of India, it does not feature in the common man’s crucial necessity….

The myth regarding citizen's forum candidate is revelead

Recently, a new trend had started among the civil society to bash the politicians and political parties. The members of Civil Society proclaimed that all the parties and their representatives were worthless and corrupt. No doubt, gazing at the current fraudulent conduct by shameless people in power at the center, this sentiment of rage from the citizens was not absolutely imperceptible. Thus, they endorsed an independent representative of the Civil Society or Citizen’s forum, whatever one may call it, during the 2007 Corporation Election in Mumbai, from Ward no. 63-the area representating Juhu Scheme and surrounding. One Mr. Adolf D’souza was chosen and the area that represents glitterati of Bollywood and the educated class. The Mumbai Mirror and such newspaper backed him, enormously and he was considered the sole savior of common man from the clutches of “corrupt” political parties.
But,
The reality was not so..
Today, the same Mumbai Mirror has printed the cover news that , “Tables turned on city’s first citizen corporator. Juhu residents turn against their man Adolf. Five years after they fought to get him into the BMC, constituents say they’re unhappy with D’Souza’s performance. E-mails doing the rounds say that he did not speak up when needed; D’Souza says no point screaming on the floor of the house….”
And,
The story goes on..
But,
The bottom line of the story is.. He has been hugely ineffective, to make any difference in his constituency.
I have been closely connected to the Ward no. 63, thus am aware of the conditions and predicament faced by the locality. Though this area, on a larger scale is constituted of bunglows and up-market buildings, the roads of North-South roads were such low lying that for years, the water logging during monsoon was a common nuisance. The water-logging was to such an extent that sometimes the land could not be visible for days . About ten years back, the then BJP corporator Shri Arun Deo, got the leveling done of the roads, from his corporator’s fund and got the pipelines repaired which were extremely old and narrow, as when they were built, the population residing in the area was less dense. All these efforts of Shri Arun Deo, could be effectively employed as he, apart from being honest and committed, belonged to the political party which possessed manifesto, had party fund and backing of party workers which would enhance the machinery to work for improvement.
But,
Sadly, the citizens representative could not be as effective in serving and solving residents problems even though he may have been as non-corrupt as Shri Arun Deo but he lacked the party backing. Being non-corrupt only, is not the solution to all the tribulations faced by the citizens of the area but to stand up for the hazards faced by them against the officials or Govt. if need be, is required in the corporator. Mr. Adolf may have been an honest man not accepting bribes but he neither did solve residents perils nor did he speak up in the corporation to represent the troubles faced by area. One need not be a profound orator to speak up in the corporation but the elected representative must have the ability and capacity to be heard and followed by the authority as well as machinery and Mr. Adolf did not possess either. Thus, on important issues, when the voting of members happened, he had no choice but to genuflect to one or the other party. In such cases, there are more chances of a sole independent representative being bought, sometimes on monetary consideration or on some other favor.
All in all, the idea of citizens corporator has failed immensely.
Firstly, one needs to understand the concept of political parties and Civil Society. Members of political parties do not appear from Venus or Mars. He is one of us, born and nurtured in the Civil Society, itself. Thus, if an honest person wishes to work for the society and make difference, he should become part of a political ideology that he believes in. If dedicated souls commit themselves to work for betterment of society and join party, then the party will have cluster of sincere members. Otherwise, the huddle of dishonest people will surround the parties and we, sitting at home, will grumble and moan.

A pic. written by my husband, writer Mihir Bhuta...Lets understand Sadbhavana..

What is Sadbhavana...?
I am always fascinated by the names honorable chief minister gives to his undertakings. They are never simply appellations but the definitions of his endeavors. It shows his deep understanding of Life, Human nature and Philosophy. When I heard the name Sadbhavana Mission it started the train of thoughts. Why this name and no other. What is the meaning of the word Sadbhavana.
Bhavana is a word which, like many other Sanskrit words, is difficult to translate. Bhavana is generally translated as feelings but it is grossly inadequate. This word encompasses much more than mere feelings.
Bhavana also means the passive thoughts. Thoughts which are not actively processed by our brain. Our brain never stops the activity, but most of that activity is not consciously directed. Ephemeral thoughts keep crowding our mind constantly, study of which is important to gain insight in to the contraction of our psych. These thoughts are the sum total of our past experiences, our nurture and our nature. Nurture can be translated as Samskara and Nature as Swabhav.
There can be Sadbhavana and there can be Durbhavana. Sad is a prefix for good and Duh is a prefix for bad. Both Sadbhavana and Durbhavana is always the involuntary and unconscious response of our mind. We may have created, or rather, it may have been created inside us, either Sadbhavana or Durbhavana due to our experiences, nurture and nature, mostly both. We may not know it but we are constantly responding to everything around us through our Bhavana.
Sadbhavanas and Durbhavanas are the prism through which we see the world. Sadbhavana cannot be directed towards anybody or anything. Responses are directed. Bhavana give the form to those responses. If the Bhavana changes than the responses change too.
Durbhavana gives birth to violence as the world seen through that prism appears hostile. Sadbhavana gives birth to peace as the world seen from that prism appears friendly. If one thinks deeper one finds that actually the world is neither hostile nor friendly. The world is just practical. Each one trying to gather as much happiness as possible during the life time. It is our internal prism that impart colours of Friendliness or hostility to the world.
And the Bhavana cannot be faked. Our response can be controlled by our minds, even faked to portray absolutely opposite Bhavana, but internally we do not change.
For instance Hindus have Durbhavana towards Muslims and Muslims court Durbhavana towards Hindus. These Bhavanas are due to the history of past one thousand years, as well as our natural distrust towards anything unfamiliar. Resultantly both have been trying to fight each other. The fight remains bloody, violent and futile.
Than we see some Hindus, and some Muslims too, feeling guilty for having irrational fear, distrust and hostility towards the other party. They do not put the guns down as that is not possible unless their Durbhavana have changed in to Sadbhavana. They simply start pointing their guns towards their own group. They start attacking the group they are born in to. Indian secular brigade is correct example of this sentiment.
These so called activists have given rise to the politics of reservations and appeasement. They want to pacify one party by hurting, abusing and depriving the other. They think that they are giving justice to Muslims by targeting Hindus and vice-a-versa. But they are actually doing a great disservice to the society. They are making Hindus more vigorous in their abhorrence towards Muslims and vice-a-versa.
Nothing really changes ever. The only correct course is not to appease anyone or apologize to anyone but try to change the internal prism. Shed all Durbhavanas and let Sadbhavana emerge. it is not as simple a concept as ‘let bygones be bygones’. The concepts is a lot deeper. The purpose is to change thinking pattern completely.
Once my wife mentioned to honorable chief minister that our son Akshat is a staunch adherent of Hinduism. His response was that the true religiosity is inclusive and not exclusive. Love for Hinduism is not in hating others but appreciating the basics of Hinduism.
Our secular brigade is displaying the worst kind of exclusiveness, where they are not including the Muslims in the main fold of Indian nationalism and not allowing others to do so.
The politics of appeasement is the politics of exclusiveness. Honorable Shri Narendra Modi tries to bring the era of inclusiveness instead of appeasement. After all we do not have to appease those how are our own.
The Modi-bashers are incapable of understanding the depth of his mind.

The terrifying Communal Violance Bill 2011 and its agenda of cracking the Indian Society.

The draft Bill, PREVENTION OF COMMUNAL AND TARGETED VIOLENCE (ACCESS TO JUSTICE AND REPARATIONS) BILL, 2011, is available on net, thankfully. I, though not a legal person, managed to read it, and mercifully, the language is not as complex and pretentious as it was used in drafting laws and acts in bygone era.
I have following Questions and Objections with regards to the said bill.
1. Why is it presumed that the targeted violence is always perpetrated by Majority group and targeted towards Minority.?
2. Would the member or members of minority not be charged under this act even if it is conclusively proved that the act of violence is perpetrated by that member or members of the minority group?
3. Even within the region where a particular group is in minority, there are pockets where they are in majority, such as Bindi Bazar in Mumbai or Usmanpura in Ahmedabad. If the act of violence is perpetrated there by the members or members of the minority group towards the member of the majority group, will the perpetrator be prosecuted under this act, as they were in majority in the said sub-region?
4. If the violence is not a mass violence but towards the individual victim from a minority group, and the reason for such a violence is other than communal, such as social or financial dispute, what will stop the government to try that particular case under this act?
5. Why is the state of Jammu and Kashmir excluded although highest number of gravest crime against Minority is committed in that state since decades? In the amendment too, states of Jammu and Kashmir is not clearly included as the wording in the amendment is as follows.
1. Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act is called “Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence (Access to Justice and Reparations) Act, 2011”.
(2) It extends to the whole of India.
Provided that the Central Government may, with the consent of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, extend the Act to that State.
(3) It shall come in to force within one year from the date of the passing of this Act.

6. What will stop the government to put any act of violence under this law and there by unnecessarily harass a member or members from the majority group? Will not a simple case of road rage be termed as targeted violence ?
7. Will not this definition become the cause of fragmentation of the Indian society? The entire society never takes part in any kind of violence but this particular definition successfully fragments the society permanently in to Minority groups and Majority Groups. Is not the proposed act against the lofty doctrine of Ekatma Bharat?
8. Land mafias habitually displace people for acquiring a piece land. This, though decidedly is an injustice, cannot be termed as targeted violence against the member of minority group, and the perpetrator of such a crime cannot be tried under this law. How would this distinction be made? If the court finds that a person is being tried under a wrong act, the case will be dismissed and fresh case will have to be registered which will burden the already burdened judiciary process
9. This definition clearly incriminates a person or persons committing crime against the member of minority group under this act even if the purpose, motive or provocation for the crime is not of communal nature. In most crimes the perpetrator has a knowledge if the victim is from a particular cast, religious group or any other minority group but not in all cases the motive of crime is of communal nature. This definition would give a communal colour to all crimes where members of two different groups are involved.
10. In case of crime of not communal nature, the member of the majority group would always be at a disadvantage. In case of victim being from the majority group the offence will be registered under other act but In case of the victim being from minority group even the crime not having communal motive can and will be registered under this act.
11. A criminal from Majority group perpetrating crime of non communal nature can be tried under this act where as a criminal from a minority group committing similar crime against the person of either minority group or majority group will not be tried under this act. this will amount to case of discrimination and miscarriage of justice.
12. Community groups will rise to defend the individuals being tried under this law and that kind of communal branding will be detrimental to the unity of the nation.
13. Sexual offenders too will be branded as communal and more over the sexual offence by the member or members from majority group against the member or members of minority group will be tried under this act where as similar crime committed by the member or members from minority group against the victim from majority group or from minority group will not be tried under this law. How can a same crime be more grievous in one case and less in all other cases?
14. Is this not against the right to information provided by constitution to all, not the Right to Information act but the natural right of any person to find and spread legitimate information. If a group of people belonging to Minority group has dishonored a temple or mosque or church than the majority is obliged to contain that information but in reverse scenario minority is not obliged to contain the information. in case of Godhara carnage the perpetrators of that heinous crime cannot be tried under this law but people from the majority group discussing and imparting the particulars of this crime can be branded as criminals and can be tried under this law. what kind of justice is this?

Let us now examine why this bill is proposed. Do we believe that all the congressmen are against Hindus or majority per say? I believe not. The implicit reason for proposing such a bill is to create a trap for BJP and the opposition. And it is a very well thought out trap too.
The bill is so outrageous that if BJP had proposed it, congress would have opposed it. Party sitting in the opposition in the parliament has no choice but to oppose such a bill, whether BJP or Congress, as it does harm to the nation in multiple ways.
a) It targets the majority, essentially Hindus. The Hindus have no choice to oppose it because however secular a person is, he or she cannot honestly believe that only the member of majority community is at the fault always. The said bill is clearly unjust and provocative.
b) The said bill tears the fabric of society in to permanent fragments and sows the seeds of hostility between so-called Groups. Any bill proposed in the parliament has to serve one purpose above all and that it has to strengthen the unity of the nation. This bill is clearly against that lofty ideal.
c) It gives unnecessary advantage to the miscreants from the so-called minority groups. Not only an advantage, the bill even inspires to separatists to take maximum advantage of this bill to achieve their unholy goals.
d) The bill indirectly inspires people from so-called majority group to convert to so-called minority groups, especially on the religious lines.
e) It usurps the power of the sate and thus creates a sovereign center rendering the constitutional rights and obligations of the state null-n-void.
This are but a few issues that catches the eye on first glance alone. Many more would surface upon deeper scrutiny.
Then why such a bill is even proposed? The motive is clear. Congress is trying to regain some grounds it has lost due to scams and corruptions.
Anybody who opposes this bill will appear to the members of so-called minority groups as anti-minority. Advantage BJP will successfully washed out if BJP is instrumental in throwing out of this Bill. Not only that, if the Bill is passed, even with BJP not opposing it in an unlikely event, Congress will still be known as the only savior of Minority. The bill is evidently politically directed.
A smart but inherently sinister move on the part of congress.
All political parties are allowed, and expected to come up with such tactics to gain or remain in power, but congress has stooped down to a new level by introducing such an antinational bill to gain political advantage.

How civil is Civil Society???

Once upon a time…
In Mumbai, people residing all over the country, considered it to be the hotspot for living.
No doubt, they still do..
But,
Lets travel back in timeline, for about fifty, sixty, eighty years and picture the city, than that was, which attracted inhabitants of different locals and regions to settle here.
What was sooo charismatic about this city, in the bygone era?
Mumbai was bestowed with the beach and greenery, equilibrium weather and what not. Thus, people from every nook and corner, dreamt of settling in this belt. No doubt, these populace, made Mumbai their dear home and contributed enormously to develop it and bring it glory of making it the financial capital of the country. Initialy, what was the habitate of the fishermen community has turned out to be the most sought after destination of the country.
Today, Mumbai has undoubtedly flourished to its optimum but sadly, along with outburst of population, there seems to be decline in civic sense. Day by day, each area of this city is turning into concrete jungle to fit in it’s bursting residents.
And,
Along with it comes, garbage rotting on roadside, gutters filled with filthy and stinking water, vehicles which have increased in hundred folds parked every possible NO PARKING, pedistrians trespassing on the roads leaving aside pavements, so on and so forth.
One would want to express his or her disgust towards the above mentioned scenario by blaming the Municipal authority for not taking sufficient measures.
Very true…
I absolutely endorse it.. It is the right and the duty of the civilian to demand for the upkeep of their surrounding as well as providing well guarded administration.
And,
It is mandatory for the authority to committedly provide the necessary facilities to the citizens and punish strictly to those who damage the surroundings.
For,
There can be no action unless there is harsh penalty charged upon the misdoing.
But,
The buck does not stop at blaming the authority and demanding the wellness of the vicinity without us being responsible towards its conservation.
We, as citizens and dwellers of our own locality have to be conscientious regarding utilizing the garbage bins only, while rattling the garbage carelessly on the roadside. It is our sacred duty to be careful while parking our vehicle to allow others vehicles enough space required for parking and not park it in the manner that would curb the space of somebody else to park. It is our humble responsibility to use footpaths and pavements for strolling, wherever they are available.
The list is endless..
It is our sacrosanct obligation to fulfill our bit as unswerving citizens, before passing out the entire accountability on the said authority.
Remember it is the easiest way out..
But,
Pause a while and think…
Who is authority towards whom we pass on the blame game for the task unattended ?
Or,
The liability of wellness of our own locality..
The authority is a citizen from one of us, who was once a civilian like you or me, who has been elected or been selected to perform the job of basic amenities to be provided in the particular area..
The authority is not born in different planet or come from Mars..
He or she is born out of the same corrupt and indifferent society, whose members do not hesitate to park their vehicle in No Parking area, nor do they dither while bribing the cop with a “Bapu”[!!! Shameful but its true] for breaking the traffic rules or for drunken driving or so many more offences which could be fatal, neither their hands shiver while throwing the rotten eatables outside on the roads that would blemish their neighboring and lead to epidemics [throw the litter comfortably themselves and accuse the authority for not picking it up, but my dear, why throw it so carelessly???] . They carelessly wander on the center of the roads completely indifferent to the vehicle honking for room to pass.
Today, we make a fuss and create ruckus “blaming the authority” for all the issues .
But,
Tomorrow, if you or me are elected or selected to sit on the authority chair, will we be any different, being the offspring of the same corrupt and apathetic society, who hardly cares about ruining the neighborhood.
Thus,
The very first and prime duty is tutoring the common men and making him respecting his responsibilities. Unless we perform this duty , steadfastly, we can never create a leader or an authority with dedicated mindsets. No leader can be non-corrupt unless the society, he or she or from where he belongs portrays the traits themselves.
In current scenario, it has become a favorite trend of civilians to blame and criticize the political parties for all the corruption that is prevailing in the society..
But,
Not many are ready to dig deeper to reach the cause.
And,
Such trends have led to creation of Citizen’s Forum, who select a person among them to contest the election. One such representative won the Corporation Election, from Ward no. 63-K ward, in Mumbai. The area comprising of Juhu Scheme and Juhu Lane and around. Nothing personally against Mr. Adolf D’souza, but the representative has been fairly unsuccessful in solving the issues of the said area, for probably lack of fund [don’t believe it.. its Juhu Scheme-the occupant bigwigs and Richie-rich] or lack of his ability to be heard and strongly take actions as he does not have the backing of a political party.
But,
The result has been disastrous and unsatisfying for the citizens residing in the locality. Mr. Adolf has not been able to make a point neither in the Corporation nor among the machinery.
And,
As a result, the citizens who voted for or did not vote for him, are the sufferer and the scapegoat.
Sadly, the print media is wrongly publicizing him and the fake publicity regarding his so called great achievements , that has made all the change in the locality are doing rounds.
But,
The truth is entirely different.
The Citizens Forum, who wishes to plunge in sitting in the authoritative positions, should first shoulder the responsibility of creating the non-corrupt mindset among the civilians, educate them regarding being pro-active in upkeep of their own contiguous rather than jumping in to contest election and blame the political parties.

Constitution of India sidelined and dumped by Congress....

We, the citizens of India take pride in being the offspring’s of the biggest Democracy of the world. The constitution enacted by the eminent panel holds extremely imperative role in creating our political outlook.
But,
Recently, the Congress party has left behind the so called virtues that have been symbols of Democracy as prescribed by our Constitution. The Congress on the all time low ranking, though in power in the center, has stooped down to the lowest ebb and the mushrooming of scams on daily basis has urged the Congressmen to sail in the filthy and polluted water and resort to unethical tactics. When the country was brawling on the scuffle against impeding corruption, Congress resorted to unconstitutional practice to nullify the blot it has received due to their lack of aspiration and inclination to create amendments that would effectively restrain the sleaze.
Article 75, in Constitution of this country permits appointment of Lokayukt, by the Hon. President, only when Hon. President has consulted the Council of Ministers.
And,
In the same manner, Under Article 163-[subsection 1] the Hon. Governor of any state can enact and amend the law regarding appointment of Lokayukt, Commissioner etc. after consulting the Councils of Ministers.
Thus appointment of Lokayukt suddenly, [of course it was not a sudden decision by the Hon. Governor of Gujarat, the Chief Justice of the Gujarat High Court, who is on the verge of being transferred to the Supreme Court and thus wants to remain in good books of Congress mai-baap and the leader of opposition in Gujarat who has performed the devout job of transporting his party on the death bed in the state but a planned malicious arrangement ] portrays their malevolent characteristics.
It is argued that the BJP, demonstrated double standards by denying appointment of Lokayukt in Gujarat.
But,
On the Contarary.
In fact, Gujarat, which is accused of not appointing Lokayukta since last 7 years, has attempted to appoint one, for number of times.
The following will provide the date wise details.
Following is the state information department release on facts related to
the entire Lokayukta controversy in the state. While it is fact that Gujarat
had no Lokayukta for last 7.5 years, the details given below throw light on
who was responsible for that – then Governor and the leader of opposition
can not escape from being responsible for the delay.

What else do you expect from spiteful and vengenceful Congressmen?
What say, Hon. Governor.. Old lady, Mrs. Kamla Beniwal? Is it not your gesture non-ethical???

What to anticipate??? After all, Congressyyyyy!!!

We, the people, in state of euphoria, but now what???

Anna Hazare has set the stepping stone and ignited the society to fight the corruption. The ball has been set rolling. The people’s agony and anxiety towards the corruption they had to face has come on surface. The common man of independent India, depicted the huge gripe against the political system and demonstrated their remonstration to the levels of demeaning the democratic system, that we Indians are so proud of.
At the end, half the battle is won. The parliament, portrayed unanimous expression, in creating the Jan Lokpal Bill, as demanded by Team Anna.
But,
Now, the Litmus Test is of the society.
Most of the people subsist in the opinion that the Lokpal Bill, will wave some magic wand and the corruption will cease to exist. It is not so.. It is high time they shake their own mind and soul from the belief that it is the other person who is conducting corruption. In reality, let’s face it, it is you, me or our fellow and friends who are indulging in small to big corruption. Let’s keep the corruption occurring at the highest level involving the top bureaucracy and ministers and corporate houses aside for time being as the common man does not get affected by this corruptions directly at every sphere. The corruption that hurts all of us, commoners is the bribe that we give to get our every day accomplishments, like to get the ration card, to get the birth certificate etc faster breaking the queue or we pay to the authority to salvage us while breaking the law.
The euphoria to fight the corruption, as ignited by Annaji, has reached an optimum stage. The parliament has responded and it is on our shoulders to play the part, that we on most occasion expect to accept, as being portrayed by the OTHER. We prefer living in the dream world of Thou is fraudulent.
But,
Its time we understand that while pointing a finger towards the other and addressing them as alter, the three remaining three fingers are pointed towards our own self.
And,
The buck of honesty has to start from our own doorstep.

Lets retrospect.. Who are we???

India is at the crossroad where society at large, has appeared on the roads to demonstrate their earnest dissent against the corruption that has engulfed every sphere and sector of human living. The awareness and the will to remonstration is the golden lining in the otherwise cold and dejected civilization. Recently the society was on the verge of turning into the clutter of ever complaining people, who were bloated with pent up anger against the prevailing dishonesty that had swallowed up their surroundings..
But,
The very same lot did not possess the will to show resentment. All that they did was leading the Ostrich living. In fact the common man enjoyed the most powerful weapon called voting right but kept himself away from practicing that influence which would bring about distinctive change in their lives. In stead these ability got manipulated with money power on lots of occasions.
This throws sufficient light on the fabric of the Indian society of current times. The society that has turned up largely on the roads, to exemplify their severe gripe against the so called corruption..
Well enough and why not?
It would project a mature outlook of the society...
But,
The truth is sadly very different.
We, as a society are hugely corrupt lot. These words may sound extremely harsh and rather heartbreaking to not few but to large.
But,
If we shake the very existence of all of us, if we dwell deeper into souls we would be able to pinpoint number of findings that would shock us greatly. At the moment, the people’s elected representative, whom we call politician is at the receiving end of accusations for the corruption incurred by him.
Rightly so..
But,
Who is the politician?
Surely, not slumped from the sky. He is born, brought up and has been part and parcel of the same society that we all hail from and not a resident of another planet. Thus, it could be you, me or one of us nurtured by the same society.
And,
That is the precise reason why the corruption has overwhelmed the entire system. It has become style statement to criticize the authority for the sleaze but in the same breath get our own work done by bribing and adopting easier way out rather than following the routine.
For ex. We take pleasure in accusing the police force for letting the person pass freely, after receiving a fifty rupee note as bribe for not stopping at red light or driving in the wrong lane and refusing to surrender their license or on more serious note, do drunken driving.
We criticize the doctors for charging colossal amounts for hospitalization of simple ailments but we make a deal with the same doctor for preparing still gigantic bill to be submitted for Mediclaim and giving the doc share from the extra earned amount!!!
We buy motor pumps and pull off water supply from the adjoining buildings. If the officials of Water Works department get aware of this and demand Chai-Paani, we blame them for ushering to corruption.
We constantly blame the authority for power shortage, but purchased 7.5 Horse Power generator and use the air-conditioner on full blast and have set the meter in such a manner that the bill is minimum by bribing the electricity official.
We do not pay maintenance for the flat, as the tiles of the buildings are broken and lift is not in up-to-date condition. Then why pay the maintenance?
We crib about the public buses and their shabby conditions but manage to get down at the stop before the conductor can manage to come to charge you for the ticket. Why pay for commuting in dilapidated vehicle?
We blame our uneducated people with least civic sense regarding their unruly traffic sense and heat due to global warming but keep the air-conditioner on high, even while in parking and then complain of petrol price hike that would kill our economy.
We refrain from paying taxes to the Govt and insist our C.A. as well as Tax Planner to manage to pay the least taxes to the Govt...
The list is unending..
We take aid for easy survival from the bug word termed BRIBE which is also known as CORRUPTION.
This big word has imbibed so damn thoroughly into our lives that we have accepted it as our birth right.
But,
Then our consciousness which shoots up sometime, drive us to condemn the corruption on the whole. All we do is, reprimand corruption done by others and give a passing certificate to our own sleaze act.
But,
Do not forget, the one whom we prefer to blame, is one of us..
And,
We are the same lot, the corrupt society..

Anna Hazare.. Change of heart or change of support system.. Trying to gulp his own muttered words.

Anna Hazare in news again..

Anna has hit back at Hon. C.M. Shri Narendra Modi and his good governance in Gujarat that has had the state earn the highest GDP and contributed vastly in the progress of the nation, along with earning higher literacy ratio and low drop out rate of females and of course, non-partial governance offering equal opportunity to minorities as well. As a result minorities flourishing, economically.

But,

Sadly, the concrete development that can be witnessed with even a single eye, is [perpetually] not being seen by Shri Anna, as well as few of his supporters.

His supporters???!!!

The likes of Mallika Sarabhai, who has jumped in the wagon of Anna in cleansing the system with her own soiled hands.. She is the same person, who has a case ongoing for illegally taking people to foreign countries, [Kabutars, as we call it and its an offence.] in her dance troups.

Swami Agnivesh… Who has anti-Hindu murmers constantly on his lips and takes pride in Hindu bashing and then being called a secularist..[For such, Hindu bashing statements and feelings are road to secularism..]

Shri Shanti Bhushan..Who does not have a clean chit tagged to his name and involved in land scam.

Annaji himself may be, yes may be [and I mean it..], scam less personality but his group of people that he leads and gets influenced by are definitely not the ones who hold any respectability while commenting a single word regarding corruption. Corruption- the Black word, does not get restricted to one offering or receiving monetary bribe. It is the corruption of mentality, corruption of conduct and the corruption of ideology, that is to be challenged.

Corruption of mentality, is the expression that prescribes the role of seeking attention and for that resorting to any path, that may be dangerous to the soverginity of the country. Anna has got manipulated by the saga of people, illegally occupying the Sabarmati riverfront land and residing there in huts damaging the development. They have been removed and re-shifted elsewhere to beautify and expand the Sabarmati Riverfront. The expansion would eventually aid people’s growth, to a huge extent, with super flow of tourist coming over.

But,

To resist the development, in order to support a few who has any ways, occupied the river front land illicitly, is corruption of mentality.

Corruption of conduct- Annaji may be an honest man,

But,

Does being honest individually grant him the right to resort to ‘Anshan’ to get his way???

Lets face it..

India is a democratic country, where the people elect their representative through the ballot box. Thus, the elected member is the choice of people. [It is a different story, that due to lack of awareness and deficiency of education, their choices get predisposed by their immediate needs being fulfilled and that is to be curbed. Corruption in form of few hundred rupees or a few kilograms of rice or onions or wheat or television sets or bottles of liquor and such are to be controlled with an iron hand.] India has judiciary system, parliament as well as police force. The loop holes in these systems are very much there but to resort to the weapon of “ Anshan” is subscribing to blackmailing. These words may sound a bit harsh at the moment, but imagine if going on Anshan turns into a habit, it would be devastating for the democratic system. Annaji calls it ‘going on Gandhi’s path’..

But,

He dare not forget that Mahatma Gandhi had used this weapon against the , Britishers. Bhagatsingh had used this mace to demonstrate his annoyance in British jails, for the unedible food that was being given to Indians involved in freedom struggle. Harilal, Gandhiji’s elder son had resorted to hunger strike in South Africa jail, against the ill treatment to Blacks. In all these above mentioned cases, it was a war against the foreign ruler.

If, in independent India, which is a democracy if the practice of Anshan becomes a habit, it could lead to serious quandary.

Corruption of ideology- SECULARISM, is the word that has lost its essence. Now, the D word describes, propinquity to minority.

And,

All those who deem the word SECULARISM, in its accurate perspective, that is no bending on knees to lick the feet of minorities, are termed untouchables. The cost may be step brotherly treatment being imparted to the majority of population. The non-partial conduct, irrespective of their religion or caste is secularism…

But,

That’s a long forgotten history and in Congress led scenario, Hindu bashing is judged as true Secularism.

And,

This is corruption of ideology…

All those surrounding Shri Anna, are not pray of this above mentioned corruption???!!!

These so called colleagues of Annaji, from Gujarat, such as Advocate Mukul Sinha, Dancer Mallika Sarabhai has instigated buzz, among the so called suedo-intellectuals of Gujarat, that Gujarat is a bubble that may burst within no time…

Well, Mallikas and Mukuls are unaware or prefer remaining blindfolded to the concrete growth the state of Gujarat has undergone. The Jyotirgram Yojna providing 24 hours electricity in three phase , to 18,000 rural areas is the example of solid growth, that no bubble can burst. The availability of Narmada water flow till remote areas of Kutch and Saurashtra is a reality that no bubble can burst. The “makkhan” like roads in the far-off regions is there to stay permanently and will not burst as bubble. The agricultural growth and increasing yield [mango growing in Kutch and cashews growing in Kaprada of Valsad district and that too, in a enormous quantity, is not a bubble but a symbol of prosperity of Gujarat farmers and as a result the ratio of farmer suicide is negligible in Gujarat. The investment coming over with Vibrant Gujarat can not appear at the drop of a hat. Any progress can be witnessed after a span of few years and in the last decade Gujarat has portrayed such immense growth. Imagine if only 20% of the total promised investment in Vibrant Gujarat turns into reality, then too, the investment brought about in the state would be marching ahead than the most states of India..

But,

Annaji’s supporters hated Annaji, appreciating Shri Modiji.. Thus they created chaose and put Annaji at the helm of that chaose.

Now,

Annaji has had to swallow his sincere praises of Gujarat’s good governance and these malicious minded gang of his has put him in a fix.
Anna Hazare.. change of heart or change of support system? Trying to gulp back his own muttered words.
by In a Hindi stage play on the lives of Chanakya by Mihir Bhuta, there is a comment by Chanakya told to Chandragupta Maurya…

“Raja hona sukhi hone ka marg nahi hai, kadapi…”

And,

This quote is very close to Shri Narendra Modiji’s heart.

Who else other than him, can understand this?

Congress-dying to save the face and image, that is already diminishing...

The results of election in five states are out. On surface, it may appear that Congress has fared fairly well and regained at least a part of its sluiced image.
But,
If one dwells a little deeper, one can distinguish the debacle obtained by Congress, in at least four states. Except Assam, Congress in its original and self worthy stature has proven to be a disaster. Firstly, the astounding victory achieved by Mamata Banerjee in West Bengal, is to a large extent an anti-incumbency towards the prevailing Left Govt.’s rule of 34 years.
And,
The charishma of Trinamool Congress and Mamata di, has given a diminutive chance for Congress to save grace. In reality, it is the Manta factor, which has successes and that too, mainly due to people of the state turning weary of non-progressive Left rule. These dynamics would put Congress, further into trouble, even though earning ministerial berths in the new govt. With TMC gaining further strength, its demands and weightage would thus shoot up in Union Govt. too. In West Bengal, Congress has had to be satisfied with merge 7 ministeries, in all, as compared to 36 to TMC. Thus, Congress is only “Tiger on Paper” in West Bengal.
And,
We all know, the Bengali tigress is terrorizing...
Tamilnadu election of 2011..
Congress would best like to forget it as if it never happened. The Congress-DMK tie has been like a nightmare in the last few years and Congress has damaged its whatever left out image to nil. The DMK stooped to all time low level of corruption and in recently concluded survey, it has been observed that A. Raja has “achieved” second top most spot in the entire world, in creating scam!!! Now, with Kanimozi, DMK member of Rajyasabha and daughter of DMK Supreme Karunanidhi, in CBI custody, its partner in the govt. would also obtain a few blots on its image. If the horse would lose its credibility, so would the rider. It took a real long span for Congress to admitting the culpability, of Raja and Kanimozi and their hesitation excavate further loss of reliance, from the heart of people. Finally, the DMK-Congress ally gained only 30 seats out of 234 and advantage Amma Jaylalitha...
Kerala, though have been slightly better stories, but not been all smiles for Madam Sonia. Kerala has been won with only 4 sets margin.
And,
To talk of in-news , “Yuvraaj “ Rahul Gandhi....
Who is at present, struggling extremely to penetrate in the Uttar Pradesh power struggle and prepare his grounds for upcoming Vidhansabha election, in early next year.
But,
I presume he has average sharp memory and he has not completely eradicated the bitter reminicients of gone by elections, of Gujarat, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, where this Congress proclaimed “Yuvraaj” after taking the reins of election campaigning in under his regime, the party Congress has had to suffer irreparable losses. Recently, too it has been a lousy experience for Rahul Gandhi.. Firstly, taking Kerala as example, where Rahul had selected 17 candidates of his choice, only 3 could see the winning light. In Tamilnadu, Rahul had registered 14 lakhs fresh members but the result has been totally contradictory in effect. Congress had contested on 63 seATS IN Tamilnadu and out of them 10 tickets were offered to Rahul brigade..
And,
All ten lost.
These facts confirm the reality..
If the UPA Govt. does not resign, people may compel them, too...

The alarming requirement to uplift the female birthrate.. or the consequences would be horrific!!!

Gujarati literature’s immortal compilation of father’s torrential affection towards his daughter dearest... DIKARI VAHAAL NO DARIYO..
And,
This eternal expression can not be bounded by area, region or language..
It is fondness and bonding that is universally analogous.
Yet, it is heartbreaking reality that shakes our being, that in the progressive state of Maharashtra, about four and a half lakhs female infenticides have not been welcomed on this pious soil and they have been exterminated before entering this world, in the last decade.
Taking into account, the numbers of 2011 census, with the exception of Vidrabha region, at each province the integers of female have decreased considerably.
And,
That is frightening!!!
The following table will provide an insight into this alarming veracity.
2001 2011
1. Beed 894 801
2. Jalgaon 880 829
3. Ahmednagar884 839
4. Buldhana 908 842
5. Kolhapur 839 845
6. Aurangabad890 848
7. Pune 902 873
8. Mumbai 922 874
9. Thane 931 918.
Under “Lake Ladki Abhiyan”, the Sex Determination Test and Selection of preferred sex of the child were banned by the govt. a few years ago. In 2003, the Hon. Supreme Court announced a committee of State wise Observers, who would conduct a meeting every four months. The person, who splinter the law formed, in this regard would be evicted in the court of law and would have to pay, the fine of 10,000 Rs. and strict jail for three years. The numbers of Sonography machines, which is important instrument to check on the growth and condition of the unborn, has touched 78,000...
But,
Sorrowfully, they are being utilized for determining the sex of the fetus.
And,
We, have robustly declared 50% reservation for women in Govt. profession as well as political posts and contest elections for the municipalities.
In the forthcoming Corporation Election, of the state approaching in the early next year, 50% of women will be contesting elections and occupying prestigious positions..
But,
Looking at the current scenario of female ratio, falling drastically, it is an disquieting picture that is being painted in front of our eyes. The law, of providing equal opportunities to the womenfolk has been paralyzed from its very beginning. The important issue, that has nurtured this germ of equal opening to the female counterpart, has been to provide the down trodden and compressed women, a prospect to grow along side the male and to rub their shoulders, with equal footing.
Forlornly, the distressing figures of corrosion in number of females born, per male, projects a very very terrifying situation of tomorrow. The reservation for female spacies, upto 50% offers an occasion for every women belonging to any caste, creed or religion to grab a seat to contest as much as the men.
But,
The level of education, not upto the mark, especially in the rural areas, unable the females belonging to remotest corner to enjoy the fruits of the huge chance, bestowed upon them.
And,
With the numerals projecting the daughters being born per sons, descending downwards, it is an alarming moment for future generations. Their decreasing numbers pose threat, to the reservation that has been offered.
And,
It is equally essential to educate the population, regarding the gender equality, as to confer them with the reservations to equip them to enjoy the fruits of the benefit awarded to them..

The social disparity, that is predominant in our society.

The television is the widestspread medium of entertainment. The Idiot Box, as it is affectionately addressed, holds a very compulsive place in our homes. The Idiot Box, term is the endowment, bestowed upon especially to portray its plundering effect on the lives of the common men and his privacy. Its addiction is exemplary and no one, young, old, man, women have been able to survive, without being victimized by its effect… .
The remotest corner of the country, too is equipped with the presence of these medium. The television viewing is perhaps, the cheapest mode of entertainment available. With the advent of tele-serials, especially the Saas-Bahu daily soaps, the prime-time viewership has increased by leaps and bound. The kitchen politics, the existence of the villainous other women, the business competition and what not??? They have become the every day companions of the commoners and mostly women have tuned addicted to watching these daily soaps. Come what may and during the airing of these family sagas, the women folks are glued to their television sets.
And,
Thus, the Television viewing has taken the form of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder…
More and more tele-serials are being made portraying the rural culture, lifestyle and rituals. It is a common observation that viewers love to watch whatever they can relate to.. Thus, the subjects presenting the regressive mindset of society and the pain being forced upon them, finds the topmost slotting among the little educated class of small towns and rural regions. Where as this kind of regression oriented portrayals are looked down upon by the upper highly educated starta of urban areas. There are serials projecting their city culture and business rivalry and women not being weakening, but they do not fit in the mindset of the rural viewers.
And,
Even though, such television shows, even after being extremely popular with the urban crust and highly appreciated in the A&B of the viewership chart, [that is being viewed by the upper and upper and educated classes] fails to be achieving the higher TRP [television viewers points]. The income of the channel, airing the qualitative programme, is well dependant upon the Advertisement revenue it receives from the Advertisers.
Thus the channel has no other go but to create a TRP planned show.
And,
Qualitative programme, gaining soaring applause, loses ground for something [I would not say, dire but rather portraying something not so laudable in this current progressive period.]
The most haunted explaination that illuminates the whole scenario, is the jarring disparity that hammers our minds, is the Social Disparity, prevailing among the different startas of the society.
The Open Market Economy, adopted by our Govt. since 1991, in Late Shri Narsimha Rao’s times, has enabled the countrymen with availability of ample of trading facilities of imported commodities and the markets flooded with foreign goods. Thus, the people adopting to usage of overseas goods and their lifestyle going for a merry-go-round.
But,
These progressive change is only envisioned in the physical appearances. Its effects have no long lasting significance to the mental make up of those living in the rural areas.
If we dwell a little deeper in the scenario, one can visibly pin point the utmost cause that is the root cause of this horrific situation.
And,
That is.. Lack of Education ..
Education that enlightens the regressive mindsets and throw away the humiliating rituals that prevents the growth of body, mind and soul.
But,
In India, due to elevated level of social disparity, where rich have in abundance and the deprived dwell for basics, such a state of affairs, is inevitable.

And now, "Destination Gujarat".. Not just for business but for tourism, too. Swarnimsiddhi-52.

Jai! Jai! Garvi Gujarat!
Jai! Jai! Garvi Gujarat!
Uttarma Amba Maat, [In the North of this pious land, lies Ambaji, thus Ma Amba is sitted.]
Purav ma Kali Maat, [In the eastern corner of the state, Pavagarh is situated with the famous temple of Ma Kalika.]
Che Dakshin Disha ma karant raksha Kunteshwar Mahadev, [The Southern direction is shielded by the presence of Kunteshwar Mahadev]
Ne Somnath ne Dwarkesh e Paschim kera Dev, [The divine temples of Somnath Mahadev and Shri Krishna are situated on the West coast.]
Che sahay ma Sakshat, [Are present eternally to guard the state of Gujarat..]
Jai! Jai! Garvi Gujarat!
The immortal presentation by the great poet of Gujarati, Shri Narmad has portrayed a depiction that is so authentic.
Gujarat..
The region full of diversity in geographical landscaping, culture, food habits, language and many more..The state comprises of the longest coast line of the country, of 1600 kilometers long, forest areas Gir and Dang, hills of Satpuda and Arvalli, desert of Kutch...
It has the ability to be a picture perfect tourist attraction.
But,
Till very recently, the Tourism prospects had not earned momentum.
Gujarat ranked at the bottom of the ladder, in drawing tourists of domestic as well as international fame.
The cause behind such a scenario was lack of organized efforts and innovative presentation of existing tourist attraction.
But,
Not any longer..
Today, Gujarat has added an additional feather in its already flooded cap of progressive achievements, by developing tourism as an industry.
The Government of Gujarat, has conquered the myth, that Gujarat was lagging behind in the field of tourism. Tourism Industry, is always propped up by the atmosphere of festivity.
And,
The energetic dynamism of the Hon. C.M. Shri Narendra Modi, has attributed immensely to explore the unidentified beauty of nature that Gujarat possesses and expand the industry to its fullest.
Gujarat...
Where life is a celebration.. as festivity is celebrated with fervor and the celebrations create tourist attraction.
The tourism department of Gujarat, has invented public celebration of popular festivals that color the hearts of the people, such as Kite Festival that is celebrated at the Sabarmati River Front, where kite flyers from all around the globe visit to participate.
The longest festival celebrated in the world, Navratri is marked with enthusiasm where dancing the famous Gujarati folk dances, Garba and Raas in colourful Ghaghra-Choli and Kedio- Dhoti has emerged as the enjoyable tourist attraction. Gujarat Govt. has created Vibrant Navratri Mahotsav, that has generated great number of visitors to the state. The Ranotsva, celebrated in Kutch during the months of December, has crafted unusual enthusiasm among the domestic as well as international travelers. It has show cased to the world, the hidden beauty of the dry deserted land of Kutch. Lakhs of tourists, visit there especially during these days, and the constant flow has aided in developing the demand for beautiful Kutch handicraft. During the month of February, on the onset of spring season, Vasantotsva is celebrated, with cultural programme at Sarita Udyan in Gandhinagar. Beach festivals are planned each year. In addition to this Grishma Mahotsva is celebrated at Saputara in Daang.
Fairs in Gujarat, depict the cultural heritage of the region and the lifestyle of the rural tribes like the Kolis, the rabaris, the bharwads, the khants, the charans and the kathis. The fair of Tarnetar is celebrated to celebrated the famous legendary marriage of Draupadi with Arjun. According to the popular belief, this was the very place where Draupadi had her Swayamvar.
In the similar manner, Bhavnath fair at the Mount Girnar on the occasion of Mahashivratri, Kartiki Purnima fair at Shamlaji in Sabarkantha district on the banks of river Meshwo, which lasts for two weeks and the adivasis [tribals] of Sabarkantha, Panchmahal, Udaipur, Dungarpur and Vansvada participate in this fair, dancing and playing on the flute with great enthusiasm. About 2,00,000 people of all communities and castes including the Garasias and Bhils visit the fair.
This portrayal of tribal heritage is valuable attraction that draws visitors and Gujarat Govt. has emphasized in the last few years, to illustrate to the world the colorful legacy.
The state Govt. has created revolving fund for the upkeep of heritage constructions like palaces and havelis constructed before 1950, for maintenance and preservation. Such monuments have created valuable position that exert a pull on visitors.
In January 2010, a seminar was held at Vadodara, on Buddhism. Thus, the unidentified heritage of Buddhist religion, that has been veiled in Gujarat, has been planned to be show cased to the world. The following places of Buddhism are to be developed in the first phase.
1.Dev ni Mori- District Sabarkantha.
2. Vadnagar- District Mehsana.
3.Khapra-Kodiya ni Gufa- District Junagarh.
4.Bava Pyara ni Gufa- District Junagarh.
5.Uparkoy caves-District Junagarh.
6.Ashok Shilalekh-District Junagarh.
7.Talaja ni Gufa-District Bhavnagar.
8.Sana ni Gufa- District Amreli.
9. Dhank Caves-District Rajkot.
10.Zinzuri tree caves-District Rajkot.
11.Khambhalida Caves-District Rajkot.
In the Republic Day celebration in current year at Delhi, the special tablo was created and demonstrated in the procession by Gujarat Govt., portraying the Buddhist heritage of Gujarat.
The state govt. of Gujarat, proposes to create tourism as one of the major economic activity that will inspire major employment option for the people of state, by 2020. Thus, the state govt. has given an industry status to the tourism. For creating all inclusive progress of this sphere, the various destinations have been separated in hubs, such as Ahmedabad city, Ahmedabad rural, Bhuj, Junagarh, Jamnagar, Vadodara, Surat etc. and Religious tourism, Adventure Tourism, Medical Tourism, Business Tourism, Beach Tourism, Eco Tourism will be developed simultaneously.
Gujarat has acquired top most position in business and industrial growth in the country. Thus, more and more business conferences as well as conventions will be held in the state.
For developing important destinations of tourist attraction, the facilities of remarkable and pothole less roads, electricity, gardening and signage as well as sitting arrangements for people at the tourist places have been planned.
Shri Amitabh Bacchan has been selected to represent the Gujarat Tourism as brand ambassador and B to B travel mart based on the pattern of Kerala tourism has been invented.
It has been a journey of just a decade..
Since Shri Narendra Modi took over the reins of the state of Gujarat.
And,
In the span of just ten years, a commitment of one person inspired the entire “Team Gujarat” to excel in each field.
And,
To establish pride around the globe, whenever the name “Gujarat” is mentioned.
Today,
My voyage rendering the achievements of a state, my very own native place, comes to an end.
But,
The lexis of progress, growth and development of Gujarat does not definitely end here.
I am aware, many achievements and sagas of development that has thrilled the very existence of Gujaratis , does not end here. Many such accomplishments are left to be told.
But,
As I had planned this expedition, exactly a year back, on the day of the Swarnim Gujarat...
Today,
On the completion of Swarnim Varsh, I enclose the Swarnimsiddhis of this great state and its dedicated Govt. with reverence.
Of course, I intend depicting to the world of more and more glittering feats that Gujarat, under the dynamic leadership of Shri Narendra Modi attains each coming day..
Coz...
Team Gujarat does not stop, does not rest, does not look back..
For them..
Aage Kadam Gujarat.
Jai Somnath!!! Jai Dwarkesh!!!
Jai Bolo Vishva na Taat ni!!!
Suvarna akshare lakhshe kavio, yashgatha Gujarat ni...
Aa Gunvanti Gujarat ni.
Vande Gujarat..
Vande Matram.
