The dipping morals of Police Force.. Who is responsible?

The “Saint “ Sohrabuddin encounter by Gujarat police force has become talk of the town..
The constant hue and cry regarding its legitimacy and its necessity is being articulated upon..As if India were the first country to involve itself in performing encounters!!! The encounters have been part and parcel in preserving the security of the society. Think of Isreal.. The country surrounded by Arab nations and Palestine activism, known to have constant terror threats but has managed its internal security with an iron hand..Had it been achievable, if they had not resorted to encounters of coercion elements..??!!!
We have heard of term “Encounter Specialists”.. Some police officers like Daya Nayak, Pradeep Sharma , Late Vijay Salaskar etc. have been known as encounter specialists..How they and not so many others have gotten a chance to embark upon dealing in the encounter? The other police officers could have come across the encounter like situations but the encounters were dealt and headed by certain particular officers only [who were considered specialists of such tackling]...This proves that encounters are mostly staged with prior permissions from their authorities..And they are never accidental as they sound in films...!!!
And,
The most important point...
Some people are repeated offenders..and some are poisonously motivated..to create chaos based on religious fanaticism. Bringing such offenders to the justice amounts to injustice to the people of society at large. Captured terrorists are peril to the safety of the nation.. We are well verse with the amount of gigantic lot of money that is being spent on providing security and service to the national offenders, kasab and Afzal Guru..It is not only the money spent, that are nations hard earned money but it is equally humiliating as well as terrifying to have a national criminal living around us.. May be under a very tight security but him being alive and surviving comfortably poses menace to the security of the nation, for there may be hijack cases to alleviate him from prison and the lives of large number of citizens may be at stake..
And,
Their at ease survival conveys a message that is not desirable to the convicts engaged in terror activities.. The proven convict Kasab has a nerve to pass a comment, “There is a lot of time for me to be hanged.. Let Afzal Guru’s turn come”..
Thus,
The action that is not spine-chilling, for the people employed in terror outfit, will never thwart them from getting deeper involved in it..
And,
Such leniency will send a erroneous message that will pull down the conviction among the people regarding their safety in the hands of the authority.
There have been umpteen numbers of encounters till date, such as the Amar Naik Encounter or the Lokhandwala Encounter (in which the goons of Dawood Ibrahim were wedged in Lokhandwala, Mumbai and executed to death. A movie has also been filmed on the subject.) But,
None have been under the scrutiny of the CBI or any such outfits... The police had the complete supremacy to take the action, whatever they felt necessary...
Why this particular case regarding the encounters of Sohrabuddin and Kausar Bi are separated and given “special treatment? For, it is a well published truth that Sohrabuddin was no saintly sage [even congressman admit this! and had created havoc in extortion from the Marble traders and was affiliated with LeT (PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO PROOF OF S1 TV AVAILABLE ON MY WALL...) and eliminating such dreadful elements from society would be a boon for people of the nation...
But,
How will Congress gain political mileage, unless they crucify the progress of their arch rival, which was achieved with utter commitment? The Congress has resorted to exercise their political gains by adopting autocratic ways...
But,
In gaining Vote Banks, they have brought the morale of the police force stoop to the lowest level. Now, the police force who fight to save us from the fanatically inclined terrorists and such mindless killers, at the cost of their own lives, will hesitate a thousand times, before jumping in the disastrous situations.. For, tomorrow, their sacrifices to save the citizens of our nation may be judged otherwise...
The Gujarat police force has been hit by such morale-killer steps, especially by the central Govt. and the agencies running at their back and call (read: CBI).
Who will take the responsibility of the low morale of the police force, of Gujarat, that will eventually be harmful for the security of the people of the state, which is situated on the border of India and has our arch rivals as neighbours?
