The Hon. C.M. receives about 1500 mails.. The team, designated to update the website, selects 300 mails out of them and pass on their print outs to the C.M. Shri Modiji, wherever he is, in plane or helicopter or in office, personally reads all this mails and makes a note on it with colored marker to the concerned officer and sends over. The mails with remarks from the Hon. C.M. are sent to the concerned officer and within seven days, its status is checked and the status report is checked himself.
The dedicated team of volunteers also remain on the toes..
On Twitter, Shri Modiji has about 11,000 followers.. In June 2009, a lady named Nipa Shah, visited India from US alone and went to Mt. Abu for holidaying. While returning from Mt Abu, on Gujarat check post, she confronted with a dire experience. Feeling miserable, Nipa Shah, explained on tweeter, her awful experience at the check post and added, that if Modiji gets to know of such ghastly occurrence with the visitor to Gujarat, he would surely be upset..

this post caught eye, of information department of Shri Modiji and within half hour Nipa Shah received a call, from the CMO enquiring about the appalling event!!! Nipa coulnt believe her ears.. Her small pent out, on Tweeter, was immediately reacted by the CMO!!!
